BlissyReviews of blissy.com

I went onto the official website and it was fairly obvious that this is an American company hence the shipping costs. That's why many UK customers are disgruntled l guess. However I'm very happy with my blissy pillowcases which were purchased elsewhere.

Total scam!!!! DO NOT use BLISSY!!!!

I bought 2 Blissy pillowcases earlier this year. We have found that these pillowcases are super soft and silky, and they keep our heads nice and cool at night. I have washed them several times and they hold up really well – just need to hang them or lay them flat to dry. Thank you Blissy for a great product!

Very disappointing customer service . Product looks lovely so I placed an order on 2/12. After checkout, was notified that delivery couldn't be guaranteed for Christmas. Also read that additional customs charges would apply if buying from UK . In view of this I decided to cancel my order and emailed and messaged Blissy within 2 hours of placing my order requesting to cancel. Subsequently received replies to say cancellation not possible as order had shipped. However only received email to say my order had shipped on 3rd December. Would suggest only order from UK if happy to wait 3+ weeks for delivery and also to pay additional custom charges.

Absolutely appalling company. My order is obviously lost as tracking not updated in 5 weeks and all they can say is to wait. When I ask how long I am expected to wait they say it’s out of their hands. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shambolic.

I love Blissy's Sleep and Pillow Mist! It's a fabulous, relaxing fragrance that lasts all night. I just purchased 20 more to give to family, friends, and as hostess gifts for when we attend a (small) gathering at someone else's home over the coming holidays.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! This is a total scam! When you are clicking your purchase and then click to check out their system automatically doubles your purchase and then it tries to confuse with trying to get you to buy a bunch of other items. I checked on 2 pillow cases and ended up getting charged for 4 pillow cases. I never received any confirmation for my order and their customer service is a complete joke! I will be reporting them as fraud on my credit card!

I love my items from Blissy! Great customer service and high quality products. I have several sets of pillow cases, face masks & pillow spray. I’m very pleased with the products and the appearance & hold up. Fast shipping and excellent communication.
