My experience has not been negative. Purchased 5 to give out as Xmas gifts this year. Each came packaged nicely in individual boxes. Silk is of high quality, size of slip large to comfortably fit a standard pillow. Delivery took awhile but given we're in a pandemic year its is understandable.

No order confirmation still at day 3. But they definitely made sure to charge my card. Sus...

Terrible. No order confirmation sent. They look like a Uk company selling in GBP. Absolutely no warnings during the buying process they are in fact based in the US. Tried to cancel my order BEFORE I even received a confirmation. No luck. Don’t buy from them. There are many more local sellers to buy from who don’t need to hide their whereabouts. Roll on the lengthy wait and high customs and duty charges.

omg.. i have never experienced such an illegal transaction in my life.. ILLEGAL PRACTICES ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE.. ADVERTISING FOR THREE WITH ALL THEIR DISCOUNTS 44$ .. UPON CK OUT THE GRAND TOTAL WAS 199.88. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY BANK TO PUT THIS IN DISPUTE. THEY CANNOT BE REACHED OVER PHONE.. THEY SENT A CONFIRM EMAIL AND GOT A HEAD BASHING IN RETURN. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.. UNBELIEVABLE

pillow spray- tiny size, way too strong of a smell for just one spray. I tried to put up my honest review on their site and they never posted it. I think they are only posting the positive ones so beware you are not getting the full story or what customers think

The Blissy website quotes UK prices in £ and to all intents and purposes looks like a UK website. In fact they are quoting prices excluding customs duty & VAT on product shipped from the US, but that's buried in the small print. When challenged about this their response is to say that customs charges are outside their control (not the point!), and "Have a great day". There is a consistent pattern to this over many customer's orders and I have no doubt that the pricing is deliberately misleading. So only buy if you're prepared to pay some 10% more, have delivery delayed, and deal with a company of doubtful ethics.

I’ve purchased 4 Blissy pillowcases on 4 separate occasions. Excellent product, excellent customer service and excellent after sales service. Would highly recommend.

I live in Canada and had ordered a pillowcase in November. When I received the confirmation it had the correct address but wrong country. It stated Taiwan. Not even close on the drop down box for me for make a error. I contacted Blissy right away and was advised there was nothing they could do. I thought well maybe they'll use the postal code... Nope! When I called again, they stated there was nothing they could do. The lady that helped me was not overly helpful, she used corona alot! I get this I understand things are slower, but there was no I'll send one out right now, and then when the other one is returned it'll be fine... no! This is to be only gift the recipient is to receive for Christmas and it has just been ruined. They won't send out another one till this one is returned. So barring all things, likely will not have this February! I work frontline in an essential service, I understand the impact Covid has had in slowing things down, but we always work to find a solution to help the client. This was Terrible and disappointing Service!!!!
