I bought 4 pillow cases. I live in ireland. I paid 158 euro and it said free delivery with some customs payable. I have to pay 94 euro customs!. The box is sitting in the local post office as I,m considering my options. This is such a scam. Why not be upfront about the postal costs if it is such a great product. I will be writing to the national papers in ireland to alert other people.

**Updated review - Customer service was good and responsive. Item has just arrived and is great quality and no customs charge either. Still no pillow has arrived - NO confirmation email so I can't check my order number or even track shipping - Transaction taken from my bank account though...

CUSTOMS CHARGES are due for UK customers. Blissy do not make you aware of this until after you have paid. I would not have ordered if I had known as makes them very expensive. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not here. Extremely disappointing.

Non-existent customer service. I wish I had read what other people before ordering from Blissy. My order is 10 days past the delivery date. If USPS can't get out of their own way, ship it with another carrier!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. Don't ever answer the phone, does not respond to emails. Save your money and go somewhere else. Should have listened to reviews

They state 'free' delivery but deliberately don't mention import charges. £98 for pillowcase then another £16 for import charges. Ordered in October and cancelled when found out about the charges yet still no refund. They keep just sending me postage tracking which shows an 'attempted' delivery on 28th October. Shocking customer service.

Please read all negative comments before you purchase from the UK I wish I had. The Blissy website looks like you are buying from the UK with free delivery, in fact you are buying from the US and will receive an import charge but this is not boldly highlighted on their website, that says it all really, they should be called ignorance is bliss, bad bad company!

I ordered my silk pillowcase on black Friday 2020 and it has just arrived today, a bit of a delay but with covid and it coming from the States that is to be expected. Like some of the other reviews, because the prices were shown to me in GBP I assumed I was shopping on the UK site and it was only when I got my confirmation email that it was being shipped from Burbank, CA that I realised it was a US company, I was instantly nervous about having to pay additional duties on delivery however luckily there were no duties required and it was delivered straight to my door, I think this may be due to the fact that I bought on Black Friday so the cost of my item didn't reach the threshold perhaps? I'm very happy with the presentation of the product and quality of the silk and excited to have my first night's sleep on it tonight!
