I ordered two dresses from bilsuppy, when they arrived eventually after 3 weeks. They were a completely different colour, material and style to the photograph. When I asked to make a return and get a refund I was only offered 20% of my money back. Do not order from this website

So far so good, it is my first try so it might takes some time to test, but overall satisfied.

I got caught in the UK/US sizing difference, but realised this before my order was delivered. I assumed they would deliver from a base in the UK, but mine came from the US, and took 12 days, arriving on 12/07/21. I had already asked them for advice, and to be fair, they replied quickly, advising me to reject the delivery and they would refund on return. This I did. The UK courier was Yodel, and DHL sent me an email with tracking info. On 16/07/21, it reported that finally the parcel was delivered to/or from, (not sure), an address with a GU postcode. I can see Yodel has a base there. Now is this going back to the US? Or is this a company that deals with returns here? I have emailed the company today, 21/07/21, to ascertain the current situation. Has anyone had experience of returns in the UK? UPDATE Just got a reply from Blissy, who say it looks as if they have redelivered to ME, and I need to return again! It hasn't been..I would go ballistic if they tried it...but it hasn't. Its either at Yodel in Farnborough, or gone on its way to US??? The tracker isn't clear. Not happy. Changed stars to one. UPDATE 2 Of course I replied to the above email! Whoever sent it obviously hadn’t read all the tracking, or just didn’t understand it. I wasn’t rude, just pointed out strongly that I had followed their instructions, and the parcel had certainly not been delivered to me. Was surprised a few hours later to get an email stating that my refund was now being processed. This should reach my account in 3-5 working days, if it’s the same as others I’ve had. 🤞Seems that it pays to keep pushing for info. My next move would have been chargeback. FINAL UDATE Credit in my card account today 24/07/21. Have amended rating to 2 stars again, as it seems that someone in customer service is on the ball, and can act swiftly. My thanks to them.

After only a few washes, the white pillowcase is a dingy yellow and looks terrible when used with white sheets. I followed all recommended washing and drying instructions. I wrote to the company to ask if there was some "trick" to keeping the pillowcase white, but they repeated the washing instructions that come with the pillow. I sent them photos showing the discoloration, and they claimed it was not discolored, though the color is clearly not the same as what they advertise as a white pillow on their website or what it was when it was first delivered. I certainly would not purchase this product again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my Blissy sleep mask!! I easily get headaches, but this isn’t too tight and doesn’t effect me at all while sleeping. Keeps the sunlight out!!

Don't order Blissy products if you live outside the US. Very poor delivery service. I ordered a product on June 23rd. By July 2nd it still had not even left the US. Its now July 11th and no update on where the products are.

Was looking thought checkout, messing with the coupons and suddenly payment went through without me accepting+confirming. I called went to voicemail 6x, emailed them stating I put an order through without the coupons and with the wrong address and asked them to cancel order, they say no problem send us the coupons and we will deduct it for you, I said fine I was looking into buying one anyway, sent them the coupon code and asked them to send it to a different address because it was the wrong one. Back and forth I reminded them to change the adress again, lord and behold I receive a tracking number with the wrong address. Called them and ask why the address wasn't changed since I've exchange email with them a couple times reminding them to change it before the shipment went out, told me their system is down they will look into it. Get an email saying the package is sent to this "wrong" address on this tracking #, not even an I am sorry. I just lost $$$ because they did not fully read my email ? DHL courrier will change address if the sender request it not if the receiver request it.

I placed an order over a month ago and I’m still waiting. The tracking number they provided no longer exists. I think this company is a scam.
