BlissyReviews of blissy.com

Ordered and delivered within three weeks from USA to County Durham U.K. staff very helpful when I wanted to change colour prior to despatch. Great service and my wife loves the product, ideal for her long hair she says.

The worst customer service ever. I never received my order, they insisted I did, but showed it arriving before I even ordered it. Never apologized. So rude. I’ll shop with Slip, they have great customer service. Stay away from Blissy, total amateur company.

Zero stars should be an option! This company is a complete joke and lies it's ass off! They have over $300 of my money and don't want to refund it, even though I have never received the merchandise I am being charged for. They said that the tracking # shows the merchandise has been delivered and signed over. Even though anyone with half a brain who could read would see there are 3 statuses within minutes of each other, and the last one indicated that no one was at the residence to sign for the package. They said they would open an investigation with USPS. They merely looked at the tracking information and read what they wanted. Opened a case with BBB and they continued to stand by their lies. Even though I have a responses from USPS stating that the package is still at the post office and the SHOP app and USPS tracking numbers also say it was never delivered. This business has incompetent customer service agents and they are rude on top of it all. I've never dealt with a more dishonest, rude, company. I immediately contacted them when the package didn't arrive and 3 weeks later still have no refund. These people should not be allowed to be in business. SCAM ARTIST THEIVES!!!! It's a damn shame when you have to rob people of their money and can't be honest or provide products. I hope people stop buying from them. ALL of their reviews are fake. They don't post what you actually review and you can't even review on the actually website. What a pathetic ass joke of a company. Once they are called on their bull, they dig in deeper and just continue to lie. Just waiting for my credit card company to review the actual proof that documents that I never received the merchandise and the actual confirmation from USPS so that I can have my hard earned money back. Please stop purchasing from this company. Hey Blissy... stop emailing me useless deals and things. Return my money and leave me alone!!!

Don’t deal with this awful company! They lie on their website about international shipping times. If you're in the UK you will have to wait AT LEAST 1 MONTH for your pillowcase. When I told customer service about this there was absolutely nothing they could do to help, they simply denied they were in the wrong and were borderline rude. Check for yourself, their international shipping policy states 1 - 2 weeks.

A while ago I bought 2 pillowcases from Blissy. For some time now, Blissy have been sending me TWO advertising emails every day. I have emailed them numerous times, asking them to please STOP their unwanted daily emails, but every day I get another two very detailed emails! They have said they cannot remove their advertisements from my screen!!! Are they stupid? Just STOP sending them! Tina Dooley, UK.

My children bought me 2 pillowcases for Mother’s Day last year. They were great- for a while! One shredded to pieces just after a year of use ( 6 months as I alternate them weekly). I followed all the care instructions etc. I contacted blissy and after a lot of photos and comments, they did replace it. However, just recently the second pillowcase just ripped the zip away as I was doing it up. Again it just shredded. No replacement this time! No more blissy for me. Do not recommend

Very poor, do not order from outside of the US as delivery can take around a month. The estimated delivery date on their site said I think 5 days for delivery, that is after entering my UK address, so it should have taken account of that. When I wrote to them they said, up to 20 business days i.e. 4 weeks for international delivery.

Horrific product, horrific company, and incompetent customer service. Received four pillowcases over £130, two within 7 days had mould spores. Contacted Blissy who sent washing advice, followed washing instructions, did not remove the stains/spores. Contact Blissy again, was then told that because I had washed them, they would not accept returns. I complained via email for two weeks and finally received a refund for one pillowcase, another two weeks of complaining and i received a refund for the second pillowcase and the return address to send back the other two unused pillowcases (at my own cost £18.89). I returned them on 27.5.21 and by 7.7.21 I had still received no refund. Blissy had received my returned items on 2.6.21 so over four weeks later and I was still waiting. Emiled again and again and they would not confirm they had been received. Tracking numbers all provided and screen shots of delivery receipt etc. In the end I opened despute with paypal, Blissy were still not admitting they had receoved so I escaluted the claim so that Paypal would step in and support my complaint...and after an additional two weeks I received the rest of my money. Don't fall for the hype, don't waste your money, time or sleep on this comapy. Dreadful from start to finish.
