Oh, I’m sure plenty of people “love” these cases. But really? Sleeping on silk that actually feels like satin, I absolutely sweat to death on them! Sorry I wasted money on them!

We ordered 4 dresses. We got 4 other dresses in other colors. Do’t waste you money and time for this company. worthless.

I received a Blissy Pillowcase as a gift early this year. The product was carefully washed on a weekly basis and hung to dry. This week, the zipper tore away from the case and is not repairable. I sent a photo of the failed product to customer care and called several times to expedite a resolution i.e. replacement. I was asked on each occasion to reveal the email address of the person gifting the pillowcase, which I relunctantly gave, citing privacy issues. I was then told that they could not replace the product, even though I had owned it for less than a year. These are very expensive products and I am appalled that this company offers no real support or resolution. Horrible customer service overall. I ask only to get a replacement of the same pillowcase.

I’ve made 3 separate orders through Blissy, never had any issues! The delivery takes a couple of weeks from the US as expected, never had the need to speak to customer services so cannot comment on that. The pillow cases are such good quality, pricey but an investment and I would highly recommend!

They have terrible customer service. They are refusing to provide me with a receipt and are ignoring my emails. Buy from anywhere else not this company. Not trustworthy.

I ordered 4 pillow cases for $49.99, their special, and It charged me $179.88. Reading through the reviews this happens a lot:( I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order. They replied with a couple of questions and I answered them right away. 2 days later I got a confirmation of shipment. I emailed again and was told I could just return them and get my money back. I asked them to provide a shipping label and was told Blissy does not provide return labels. So now I have to pay to send the pillow cases back when they should have never been shipped to begin with. Horrible customer service. I have never written a bad review for any company. Such a SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 x pillowcases from them back in June! I live in Spain and decided to chase up where my items had got to. It turns out that DHL passed them to Correos who have them at a depot 650kms away. Blissy customer services say I have to collect and nothing they can do!. Emails to their useless customer services department have gone back and forth with them saying basically tough s****. I have asked for a refund as they have put an incorrect address on the parcel but they will not give. I've asked to be re sent to the CORRECT address but still, nothing. They repeat you need to collect. 650kms away, wrong address, wrong part of the country. They're at fault biut they don't want to help. SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES. Terrible. May as well have thrown my money down the drain. If I could give 0 stars, I would. *Finally, a refund! Not 1 apology but got my money back**

I bought the Blissy hair ties (scrunchie) pack it was 3 for $50. They were stretched out of shape after 2 weeks use.Now I have to wrap it a few times just to get it to "kinda" hold my hair in place. I also bought the pillow case I could have bought a better quality silk case at a bedding store and for a better price lol Huge waste of money!! I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Reading the reviews online ( which I should have looked at before buying anything) that their customer service is horrible so I'm just taking this one as a loss ...my fault for buying into the hype of Blissy products.Do Not Waste Your Money!
