Awful! Don't give these scammers your hard earned money. 1 month ago I ordered a pillowcase. According to the tracking its being held in London somewhere.. I have emailed and got a weird, vague response about contacting me when my order has been shipped?! I don't think I will be receiving anything. Goodbye £56. Don't place an order with this company!

Ordered $238.00. (Which was taken on MasterCard) on November 20. It’s 10 days until Christmas I have heard zip on any delivery date. I won’t purchase again

Ordered a Blissy pillow on the 29/12/22 .told that it had been shipped.took 10 days to leave the US .arrived in London on the 12th sat in London for two days .and now it’s been sent to Toronto Canada .not impressed Don’t buy from this company.it’s a joke

Awful customer service. They shipped a damaged item and expect me to pay for the return shipping. Avoid this brand. If they're this cheap, then you know they cut corners on their product.

I tried the Blissy pillowcase yesterday for the first time and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud... pretty sure I dreamed about it. It felt sooo nice and soft on my face. Last year I bought a cheaper mulberry silk pillowcase from Amazon and it definitely did not have that effect, so I can definitely vouch that Blissy pillowcases are very comfortable! I also rarely write reviews but have been thinking about it since I woke up.

Update from my previous review five days ago. I finally received a phone call from the supervisor last night only to be left in tears and in complete utter frustration. She would not let me get a word in and hung up on me. After I spoke to customer service and explained how I was treated I was partially refunded for the items, but I would like to point out that the supervisor blamed me the entire time. I have photos that I took last week from their website indicating that it was OK to use at the lowest heat setting , and now it’s been taken down where the instructions say to air dry . I mean how disgusting is that? They knew of the changes and continue to blame me . I appreciate the partial credit however it’s disgusting that the supervisor had known of these changes yet continue to blame me and treat me like crap from the beginning of the phone call. Do not trust this company! The pillowcases are absolutely beautiful, however, you will encounter very much frustration dealing with their support team.

Ordered a pillowcase in 11/28/22. No shipment email was ever sent. Posted on their FB account and the comments kept getting deleted. MANY people are angry that they are so slow! Called them today (12/13/22). FINALLY got through to a customer service rep. She said my order was never processed and they DO NOT have the color (white) I ordered in stock. Never received an email telling me of this. She said I could order another color (Ha! Nope) or get a refund. I chose the refund. I shouldn’t have to call to get an update on my order. They kept my money and kept me in the dark on my order! 😡😡

Absolutely disgusted by my treatment from Blissy customer services. I see below that a day ago another customer service person hung up on the reviewer. I have just had the same experience. I called for the second time to find out what had happened to my order (placed on 28th October) and didn't receive a single apology throughout the conversation. She was extremely defensive and merely said it was the fault of the courier, UPS - "I don't work for UPS ma'am!" She said they despatched the order immediately on 17th November. How that qualifies as immediate despatch is beyond me (3 weeks after I placed it)?! I have emailed twice without even an acknowledgment in response, tried calling multiple times (kept holding whilst music played then times you out after 10 mins with a clunk...end of call) and then when I eventually managed to get through she was extremely rude to me, and hung up. I have paid £156 for 4 pillowcases and am beginning to doubt I will ever receive them. I have now spoken to a very helpful girl (Adele) who has tried to reassure me but my impression of this company is already so poor. I don't think they can be trusted....
