After ordering a Christmas present for my Daughter on November the 16th, it was despatched and arrived in London on the 28th of November. Since then no updates to the tracking which is really annoying. I've emailed customer service twice and asked them to confirm the UK courier and the only responded that i have had is a link to the tracking which shows it arrived in the UK on the 28th of November. I've checked DHL, DPD, Evri and Royal Mail to try and establish who the parcel is with and the Royal Mail tracker says that it left the USA on the 27th of November but no updates since then. If I had looked at the previous reviews I would not have made an order. Luckily I have paid via Paypal so i will be contacting them and requesting a refund if it does not arrive this week......

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have been waiting for a month for my order. I have called three times and the customer service agent tells me she is putting the order on priority and I should receive an update by email. No updates, no product. Demanding a refund. Horrible, unethical company. Do not give them your money.

Similar experience as many others - abysmal. Placed and paid for my order 18/11/22 . Poor customer service , item only just dispatched 20/12/22 no chance it will arrive by Christmas. For such expensive luxury items they should do.

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. Order placed lunchtime on Friday 11th December, order number #1002333 and NO SIGN whatsoever of this order. I am about to cancel my order through my bank. AVOID and buy your silk pillowcase from John Lewis where you can be sure it will actually arrive. Appalling company. You have been warned!

Would give no stars if I could ..order never arrived gave benefit of doubt for a month customer service useless .parcel got stuck in london like lots of others on here.. got money back through bank. scammers … left a negative review on their site and it’s never posted.

Ordered the 18th of nov which was garentee for Christmas, I have since even received emails from them asking me to rate my products! What products, they haven’t arrived. £282 I spent on Christmas presents that won’t be arriving. They’ve apparently been in London over a week and the tracking has came to a hault and they haven’t moved since. I’ve received no correspondence from blissy to reassure me my products on legit and on their way and it’s almost impossible to contact them. I have raised a case with PayPal this morning and requested a refund.

Joining the group of complaints around shipping. I ordered 4 pillowcases back in November. Right after I ordered I worried it was a scam due to the websites looking different. I contacted customer service and was assured it was all legit. I then waited and waited and didn't get a shipping notification until Dec 9th (over 2 weeks later). It is now Dec 17th and still no delivery. The tracking number (that you have to google search for) says it is in CA somewhere and the USPS is awaiting arrival. As another reviewer said, USPS can't deliver if they haven't received. We are in the US so unlike others, ok it is coming from US but still no hope these will ever arrive. I sent another message to customer service to complain. If no satisfactory response, will have to open complaint with credit card company. I should have gone with my initial instinct that this was a SCAM company and something wasn't right.

Awful service. I ordered a pillowcase on November 9th to be delivered to the UK. It was two weeks before it was even dispatched from the company and five and a half weeks later it has still not arrived. Every time I contact customer services, I get a tracking number which tells me nothing except it arrived in the UK November 25th. I have requested a full refund. Do yourself a favour, buy from elsewhere.
