Don’t use this company and don’t believe the reviews on their Facebook page - you can’t leave negative ones! Placed an order on the 19/11/2022 in plenty of time for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. Didn’t get shipped for 12 days when they say it will be shipped within 3 and it’s been shown as somewhere in the UK for 2 weeks now! Company totally unapologetic. Their product is too expensive for them to be this useless!

I had seen these silk pillowcases on Instagram so went to them via their website when I wanted a couple for Xmas presents. I was aware that they shipped from the US. After I ordered I checked Trustpilot and was thrown into a flat spin by all the vitriolic reviews about delivery. I immediately contacted Blissy who responded straight away with a tracking number and indeed my lovely pillowcases were delivered safe and sound on 13 December ( Ordered on 27 November). I ordered 2 Marilyn Monroe pillow cases and a matching sleep mask. They look beautiful and will make lovely gifts. Can’t comment on durability yet but as they are premium silk they will need special care I am sure.

Ordered this item on the 23rd Nov . Still not received. Have sent several emails Just to be told that will be delivered in 15/ 20 days. It has now been 24 days.! I live in hope that it will arrive this year!!!

I usually check trustpilot before I order things but due to all the reviews when you google silk pillowcases I didn’t. BIG mistake. I’m still waiting since November and says in transit. I didnt realise it came from overseas as everything in £s. Do not order from this company. It was supposed to be Christmas present and looking unlikely. Has anyone had to pay customs on this?

Ordered on November 24th, the three pillowcases I ordered are still not here in Canada. It’s ridiculous as these are Christmas presents and you would think ordering a month ahead of time would be plenty. They sent a shipping notification on December 2nd but it was just the shipping label being created and it took almost two weeks after that to actually ship. Now they say 15-20 business days for international when it is in transit. So it won’t make it for Christmas (or even the month of January potentially?). Terrible company, I will never order from here again.

ordered 13 November nothing arrived they are completely unhelpful, just send replies saying need more info DO NOT BUY BASED IN STATES AND NO CONTACT NUMBER IN UK I escalated to PayPal Now they say it arrived at Heathrow on 25th November, But there is no further tracking, and say 'be advised of Royal Mail strike!' I think my package has been lost

Ordered 4 pillowcases from Blissy on the 16th November still waiting for them. The response from the company is they are still in transit. Appallingly service be warned
