I originally bought something from Blissy last year as a gift for a friend and the pillowcase didn't even last three weeks. They were very careful with it as well and handled it per the instructions given. I thought I would give them another chance but kept reading bad reviews about this company in regard to the pillowcases not lasting as well as long ship times. I still thought I might try it out for myself as I did like a couple of their products. With the current sale, they apply a discount automatically and I went to try to use my reward dollars as well but their online system wouldn't accept it. The reward dollars are not a coupon or discount - they are a credit/refund of sorts that you get for buying items with them or following their pages online. You get points that translate into dollars to use. So because their system won't allow you to use your reward dollars that you earned along with the discount they are giving, your rewards aren't good on anything unless you buy something full price. I called in to ask for a manager two days ago and again yesterday but no avail. This is terrible business!! Buy elsewhere from a company that honors what they give you. **And please read the other reviews below as they are not wrong. This company is awful.

I placed an order online for 2 pillowcase. Payment went through for $119.60 and order was confirmed. The next day, my order was cancelled by Blissy with no reason given. The reason provided subsequently was that they do not ship to Singapore. Then why do they allowed the transaction to go through in the first place?! I found out later that there was a second unauthorised charged by Blissy for $120.80. No explanation for the duplicate charge was given. An amount of $118.40 was subsequently refunded only after I wrote in. There was a shortfall of 2.40 which was unauthorised and Blissy claimed was charged by the credit card company. But the original order amount of $119.60 was refunded in full! This is a total scam!

My husband ordered 2 King Size Blissy pillowcases as a gift. After the 2nd to 3rd wash the zipper broke. The material separated from the pillowcases. I thought it was my fault from putting in Dryer on low. So, I ordered 2 more King Size Blissy pillowcases and this time I let them air dry on their own. They lasted longer than the first pillowcases but I had the same issue with the zipper. The material once again separated from the material. The zipper just ripped off and hung from the pillow. The material is Great but the zipper issue should NOT be happening for the exorbitant price. Tried to speak to customer service and they don't care. Makes me UPSET because these are made in the USA and as such, we expect stellar quality and a product Blissy should STAND BY!

Awful company with an awful product, zip broke when it was put on the pillow, contacted blissy and still waiting for them to even respond, this is on top of it being 2 weeks late on delivery, which i also contacted them about at the time and getting a generic email back not answering my questions, quite frankly the best thing for this company would be to shut down because they are an absolute joke, if i could give 0 stars i would, dont be scammed by them

I was given a pillow for my birthday and love it. So ordered two eye masks over a week ago, not arrived and no date given as to when to expect them. Now having read these reviews I should have known to wait a month. The service is disappointing, when you email the team they do get back to you but don’t say much, they just say they are trying to get the goods to me but again not really saying when I can expect them. I’m hoping to get these eye masks before a holiday in March!

The Blissy was the most overpriced worst pillow case I have ever had-after three weeks it totally fell apart and when I reached the company they did nothing-do not buy!!

This is my second order of pillow cases, I love them! They are soft and stay cool, so no pillow flipping for the cool side. My first set was white and they lasted 2 years, with me machine washing on cold and sometimes machine drying them because I forgot to take them out to line dry. My second set is a beautiful dark burgundy color and I’ve had them almost a year and they still look new! I also ordered some hair scrunchie as and I like those as well. They don’t pull my hair when I remove them. I ordered directly from the bliss website, not another company. The order was quick to arrive and I will order again.

I ordered one and got 4. no rcpt in the box. Did find an email from them. I was charged $180!!!! I've emailed to return them. Reading other people's challenges I might jump to getting my credit card comp. to assist.
