I bought 2 queen size pillow cases simultaneously 1 year ago. After 6 months, both frayed and came apart at the zipper. I called the company and they replaced one of the pillows. Now after 5 months the second pillow case also ripped and frayed at the zipper. I have always washed them on delicate with my delicates and put them in a lingerie bag. At a price tag of about $100 per pillow case, do not waste your money.

I ordered 4 king size pillowcases as a Christmas gift for my wife. They discolored after the first wash and now after only 6 months of use they have all torn and frayed along the zipper seam. They are useless after 6 months. I have contacted the company and keep getting back a canned response about how to wash their pillowcases. I am now considering filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I will give them a few more days to provide a meaningful response before taking further action. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend avoiding this company and their products!

I have been a fan for a while but in recent months several of the pillow cases have ripped and frayed. These pillowcases are not cheap and really disappointed that i have spent so much money on them only to have a terrible product. I would find another option.

Worst customer service and products never arrived. Been waiting for the products for 25 days within US and the customer service has no update on shipment and no one either responds on the issue. Am blindly waiting for my package and wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing with blissy.

I don’t understand why there is an address list full of all countries, so that you choose your country and buy (Greece in my case). After a few days you get the email that they don’t ship to your country. And you have to wait for the refund. If you don’t ship to some country (as I understand they don’t ship to 95% of them) then remove it from the list.

My two Blissy pillow cases tore down the seam of zipper. Blissy offered me 50% off to replace but would not return the items. I washed and hung dry as instructed. My tailor said faulty merchandise and would not repair. She agreed that since I hadn’t had pillow cases long, Blissy should replace. They would not do so and said they could not locate order. Whether purchase via third party vendor or directly from Blissy, they should stand behind their products and they did no do quality co trip checks because this should not have happened. I will not buy new pillow cases even at 50% off because I question the integrity of this company.

Eye mask not as described. Does not block out the light and feels very cheaply made. Contacted customer service and they asked me to send them pictures which I did but they refused to send me a label. I have to pay to send back. Would not suggest this company.

The company sent me the wrong color and would not provide shipping to exchange for correct color. Very poor customer service! Plenty of other pillowcases out there that it’s not worth bad service to take these.
