I am in the UK and assumed the pillowcase would be dispatched from UK. As said by another reviewer, could not see anything on their website saying despatch would be from USA. I have now had to return the standard pillowcase as it does not fit a UK standard pillow. I have emailed them to say I have returned the item, via tracking at a cost of £15.65 to myself as it is not fit for purpose. I have asked for reimbursement, to no avail. So buyers please be aware, especially in the UK as the Standard Pillowcase will NOT fit your standard UK size pillow. The pillowcase is not good quality, I ordered it in White, but it is not White, it is Cream/Ivory. I have previously bought a white silk pillowcase from M & S, which is as you would expect is White in colour and of a better quality than the Blissy. I have been sucked in by all the Blissy hype.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This product is rubbish. Poor quality silk. Pillowcase too small to fit average pillow. Cheap zips. I’m annoyed with myself for being influenced by the hype and heavy marketing. They con you into buying more by offering you discounts as you go through the ordering process. I bought as a gift but had to keep them as I was too embarrassed to gift them. I should have returned them but it was too much hassle. Buyer beware.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered pillow set, noticed a double charge on my credit card. Contacted the company as I did not place the order twice to try and immediately cancel. I also never received official email confirmation of said second order I allegedly placed. Company essentially said it is my fault, and my financial responsibility to return. How does it make sense that I bought the same thing twice, in separate orders, seconds apart? Clearly erroneous on their part, and a way to scam customers. I would be extremely apprehensive of ever purchasing again, and would encourage people to check their credit cards after Blissy.

Awful customer service. Order has been ‘misrouted’ for nearly 3 weeks and despite contacting blissy 3 times they haven’t issued a refund or sent a replacement. Will be taking this further. AWFUL!

I was a huge fan of Blissy but the other day when I removed my pillowcases from the washing machine (yes on gentle cycle always and never in the dryer), I was very disappointed to see the material pulled away from the zipper. I contacted Blissy and they replaced the pillowcase and not only 2 weeks later, the other pillow case did the exact same and frayed along the zipper. I now cannot use either of the cases and Blissy refuses to acknowledge that both the cases frayed and continually tells me to wash them properly which I have always done. The fact that the pillowcases were purchased on 02/06/23 means they did not even lasted 4 months! Such bad customer service.

I have recently placed an order on Blissy after googling silk pillowcase and their products come up on top, so clearly they advertise hard for UK market. Now I am very confused because I am in UK, and it did not state anywhere that the products will in fact be shipped from US?? When you place an order it just says 'Standard Shipping', now I got an email that my order will take 3 weeks to arrive. It's ridiculous and so unfair to consumer to not clearly state things like that. Hopefully I won't have to pay any import taxes? As I didn't even know my products will arrive from a different country. Why even advertise in UK if you don't have fulfilment here?

I have bought 3 sets (6 pillowcases total) from BLISSY. Initially they are great and the fabric feels nice. After a few months of use, they fade and all rip along the zipper. Huge waste of money. Never again!

Pillow cases did not last. Completely disintegrated. The material becomes thinner after each wash and cannot be repaired. Overpriced junk.
