I ordered 4 of these for my family and myself and at first loved them. However the stitching on the zipper came undone and there's not enough fabric to re-stitch it. I used gentle soap on a delicate cycle in a lingerie bag and air drying. I had expected a $60 pillowcase to last longer! Blissy tells me they only guarantee them for 1 year, which is unfortunate. To remedy this, I'm removing the zipper and hemming the raw edges, using it like a regular pillowcase (no zipper). But only 2 stars for a great idea but not made well.

I ordered 4 pillowcases with a Buy 3 Get 1 promo. I bought two for me and 2 as gifts for two men in my life. Unfolding the two I was keeping for myself, I found very deep wrinkles including at the corners where it had been folded in the boxes. I followed all washing directions, used lingerie bags and washed the 2 cases inside out on delicate cycle. My washer does not have an agitator, just a small hump down on the bottom. Then I air-dried them. The wrinkles I had seen before were still there plus more from the washing experience. I contacted BLISSY and voiced my dissatisfaction. I was told I would need to steam iron them. Nowhere on their site did I read that they would need ironing. I never iron and the 2 men that were slated for the unopened cases would not iron, rendering them useless. I was told that I could not return the defective ones, which she later told me were the washed ones. I could return the two unopened cases but I would only get refunded for one basically since one was free with the buy3/get 1 promotion. And I would have to pay to return them! I would NEVER recommend these cases unless you like to iron and can put up with customer service that doesn't support their customers very well.

TERRIBLE!!! The product is terrible as is their return policy with all their fine print! The material doesn’t even feel like silk and it stains. I put my night time facial creams on before bed and first night now they have stains all over them. These “silk” pillow cases are terrible. They also will not let you return once you’ve tried them or opened them. How can you know if you like them or need to return them with this as your option. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bright, vibrant blue and was sent purple. Tried to return it and they argued with me that it is a purple/blue and said I had to pay return shipping. For their false representation of the product! I even sent a side by side screenshot from THEIR website and a picture of the product I received and they still argued I was wrong. Also a product they quickly discontinued. The customer service rep argued with me via email that it's advertised as purple and couldn't spell anything correctly. These are twice the price as kitsch for the exact same thing. Save your money. These are overpriced and a headache. Shop elsewhere.

Really wanted to love this bonnet. But I am returning it. While the material is lovely and seems well made, it is really small. Really really small and very restrictive. As a result, every morning I wore it, it flattened my curls…I suppose if you don’t have any pattern and/or straighten your hair, go for it? But I would not recommend to curly girls. Don’t be fooled by the images on the site, they make it look roomy enough to protect your hair while giving some space…they don’t. May update with an extra star if this return process goes smoothly.

Horrible customer service. They scam you into purchasing 2 pillowcases even when you thought you were purchasing 1. If you don’t decline their “special offer” at the end of purchase to purchase 2 for a special price then they automatically charge you for 2 items. When I noticed 2 charges on my credit card I called the company and they said I failed to decline the special offer. If I want to return the second item I never intended to purchase I can but I have to pay for shipping. What a scam. That is good old fashion trickery.

I bought a pillowcase for my husband who wasn’t sleeping very well. It didn’t seem to make much difference but we held out hope. We had a pillowcase for 13 months. It was used about 50% of the time as I had pillows matching my second set of bedding. I go to put it in today and the silk as ripped all along where it attaches to the zip. It’s the actual silk that’s ripped, not the seam. I contacted Blissy and apparently as we’re out of our 12 month guarantee they won’t cover it. So basically they only expect their products to last 1 year. For me, though they offered a 25% discount, this is too much money for 1 year. Look elsewhere in my opinion

Blissy is a joke’ I read all the great reviews and ended up paying way too much for a crappy wrinkled up pillow case! It says it needs to be hand washed! That is ridiculous! It is so wrinkled and has done nothing for my hair or skin. You can’t do a review on their site because they block it! I am so disguised that I got sucked into another scheme! Do not buy this junk! I have $5.00 satin pillowcases that are better!
