Product is great, they need to spend a bit more time with their customer service team to teach them not to be so dang RUDE!!!

It's absolute crap! The first night I tried it I wasn't wearing any night cream, I don't use hair products, my hair is dry not oily and I don't sweat. I woke up in the morning to that grossness in the photos!!!LI couldn't believe it: the pillow covers absorbs EVERYTHING and SHOWS it. Customer service didn't even bother to get back to me. Please save your money!!!

If there was a 0 star review that's how I would rate this company. I can't even speak for the product because it was a gift . My review is based on the customer service. I have NEVER come across customer service this bad. From their own shipping information my item was later than it should of been. Then when I did receive it, the item was not what I ordered. I asked for a supervisor and was denied. I asked for expedited shipping on the correct item, I was denied. Can't be done. I offered to pay for the wrong item,if they could priority ship me the right item. And I would then return the wrong item for a refund. No that wasn't an option either. However once they realized that ALL of the errors made were on their end then all of a sudden they could ship my item priority. And of course they wanted the original mistaken item sent back to them. Although if I wanted to keep it they would let me have it at a discounted price. Seriously! If I hadn't told the person recieving this gift that I had already order it for her, I would of canceled. This all took place in September 2023.

Terrible customer service, ordered a white very expensive pillowcase and it cream, contacted customer services to be told the white is ivory not white! Description should state this and to send back is at my own cost! Very disappointed. Don't waste your money of you're wanting white in colour.

While I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing Blissy pillow cases for myself and friends, my experience when I had a product issue was disappointing at the least. I had four pillow cases tear at the zipper dispute following the washing procedure. I would expect that for the price of these items the product would hold up much better. I contacted customer service and was offered a discount on my next purchase. No thank you. There will be no next purchase.

Pillow is ruined within 1 year. Read the reviews, everyone says the same. You pay premium price for a product that doesn’t last! I bought a simple silk pillow case from Amazon for less than half the price, it’s lasted twice as long (and still going), plus it’s almost identical in look/feel. Blissy pillowcase is completely ripped by the zipper. It’s not made to last! They also have a massive blissy logo on the corner of the pillow so you’re literally sleeping on an advert! I thought it was cute at first but when it started ripping (within months) it wasn’t a good look for the company. I am very suspicious this company creates as high quality products as they’d lead you to believe! Do not bother with this company. I would not use them again. Seriously, unless you want to buy a pillow case every year with your hard earned money.

I bought the Blissy pillowcase in August 2023. I initially thought it was wonderful. . .nice and silky. The fabric was "thick." I finally decided to wash it after a couple of months. I hand washed it in my bathroom sink and air dried it. The fabric is now limp and has no body. I sent a photo to Blissy of my compressing almost the entire pillow case in my hand.

A very disappointing experience. The product was clearly faulty and they wouldn’t help as it was given as a gift. I sent photos to show the problem and they weren’t interested in resolving it. An expensive product with no aftercare whatsoever.
