My eye doctor who has been treating me for having styles thru out this last year finally saw what she called mites in my eyes and prescribed me a fairly new medication on the market but it cost $2000.00. No way I could afford that but she sent a prescription into BlinkRx and within just a few days got it for only $30.00. I couldn’t believe it. BlinkRx sent me several notifications on its progress and when I would actually receive the medication. I’m absolutely happy for the cost savings and notifications I received from them. 5 stars from me on an excellent savings and updates. Thank you for saving me over $2000.00 that I didn’t have !!

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. They had no issue running my script through insurance but fail to actually fill the script. I kept being told 3-5 business days. However, on the 5th business day I was told the script was cancelled because the pharmacy didn't have the prescription and they could send to another pharmacy but that would take another 3-5 business days. DO NOT USE THEM. STAY FAR AWAY.

I have been having issues since July. The company states they are “processing “my prescription . They never send the medication however they cash my copay and bill Medicare. I told them I would go else where and asked them to refund my copay for the medicine they were to send over a month ago. They finally did, However they didn’t notify Medicare until I insisted. This appears to be fraud to me. Taking payments and not delivering medication.

I am in complete shock at how poorly this company operates. There is always a delay tactic to fill the prescription - they blame the doctor, the insurance, etc.

Just like the other reviews say, the support staff is polite, but this company is a joke. Just somebody that said "let me get rich by filling scripts"....problem is, they can't fill them and they won't be honest that they can't. I don't know how people are going without their meds and this place not being sued. The whole issue is like most people these days, a bunch of lazy people that just send emails and messages and then clap their hands that they did their job. People like this don;t last where I work. If you can't pick up the phone and actually help someone, then what good are you? Company set up so that only the Support people can talk to customers, so I am sure they get crapped on, while the losers that are supposed to be DOING something are sitting on their butts, or probably just sending their emails from the coffee shop. It sucks to pay more, but go to a different email order pharmacy if you want to actually get your medications.

I am experiencing similar issues as I am over amonth late with my refill. I experienced great customer representative phone support, but it seems like a script. I have spoken to 4 representative, each of them very nice and helpful, however there was no reason for the delay of my medicine. I went a month without medicine, which is ridiculous. I asked for a manager to follow-up with me, but they did not. The manager(s) was supposed investigate the root cause and provide me with an update, but no one called me with an update either email or by phone. This is unacceptable. I noticed others having similar unresponsiveness from Blink Rx management. The phone staff is great but managers need to be accountable for following up with customers with medication related issues.

I used this pharmacy for 5 months. I only received my medication on time once. Each time I called customer service they were extremely professional and very nice. Nonetheless, I still didn’t get my medication. Worst experience I EVER had with a pharmacy. I was happy when my local pharmacy was finally able to get my medication. DO NOT USE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Eye drops, doctor told me it would be a 50 to 100 dollar payment..Told via text it would be $704! Spoke with rep Casey who was very professional and found a way to reduce the cost to 0. Asking price for this drug is $2200 way crazy and out of reach of most. Again, rep Casey, a lady, was great, company????
