I spoke with a representative and the were very knowledgeable. They submitted my prescription for approval to my insurance company without me having to do anything. It was rejected at first but was then resubmitted and approved. I appreciate all of their time working on my issue.

Good product but can’t afford 29 dollars a month for just one drop

They were supplying me with a prescription on autofill. They sent me an email saying it was shipping. I never received it and ran out of my prescription. They cancelled the autofill because of some unclarified insurance issue (my credit card was on file - I was paying for the prescription). I spoke to them, ordered the prescription and asked them to expedite shipping since I was out of my medication because they did not ship it as scheduled. They refused. I still do not have my medication.

Very prompt in refill of prescription n informing customer that prescription is on the way. Appreciate it very much. Thank you.

I have emailed and have spoken to one of your representatives to explain I do not want to order Miebo and I cannot seem to communicate this.

I like the reminders for refills. Meibo bottle is quirky in dispensing. As the bottle gets near the end, I find upon squeezing it to prep, the drops shoots out the top wasting the drops. It's like the bottle gives out.

Very convenient but I emailed twice about letting me know my copay since started new year. They said I would get an email. I did receive email with cost and that it had shipped. If I could not afford there was no way to stop the refill. We should get an email requesting authorization to refill with the cost before it ships so we have enough to pause the prescription They called and explained Billing to me so I am very comfortable and happy with their service
