One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. I had some questions about my eye drop prescription and the pharmacist talked to me about how to prep the drops and use them correctly. He spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me and then emailed a video. So helpful.

It's nice not having to think when you have to renew your prescription. It's taken care of. You just have to go to your mailbox to get it. If I have any questions they are more than happy to assist.

Your system said my refill would be sent out Jan 7. On Jan 9 I got a message that I needed to pay. Took 3 days to get the payment accepted, then another 3 days for it to be shipped. Then it took another 9 days!!!! I was without my medication for 3 days AND that was with me rationing my drops to once a day and sometimes once every 2. Please, please, please, PLEASE consider using someone other than USPS. Also, maybe if payment is needed, notify BEFORE the auto shipping date. Because I didn't have payment info in the system because my previous orders were free, I was kicked out of the auto ship feature
