A security camera was recommended by my local police, as I have a neighbour doing property damage. I have already replaced 2 outdoor 4 cameras that were defective. Now Blink was supposed to send me a replacements weeks ago. They say more delays. This company is one of the worst ever to deal with. Many of these companies are training their call centre staff to keep the apologies coming with no actual solution. Absolutely DO NOT buy this company's cameras.

Awful customer service. They could not answer a basic question about what time a picture was captured and I tried asking multiple agents.

After vandalism a couple years ago, I bought the blink doorbell camera and three other cameras to place around my property. The only camera I keep having trouble with is the doorbell camera. The first one I got was low tech and worked great. No problems only time they went off-line as when the Wi-Fi went out. Figured I’d do myself a favor and buy one of the newer ones. Big mistake never stays on for an entire day goes off-line whenever it wants to comes back on whenever it wants to. Was constantly pulling it off and trying to restart it and changing batteries to the point where I broke it because I was taking it on and off so much. Figured it must’ve been defective. Bought another one same problem, goes off-line whenever it wants to comes back on when it wants to. It went off-line so I called tech-support in the midst of talking to them. It came back online so they didn’t see a problem. I have no idea what to do. The doorbell camera is closer than any of the other cameras on my property to the module and the others don’t go offline just the doorbell camera.

I have been waiting 2 months for a replacement for a faulty doorbell camera. Blink verified that it was a faulty and unsafe product as it was cooking the batteries. however the promise to have a new doorbell camera within a week has been going on for 2 months. when I call customer service they tell me it's on backorder. however if I wanted to buy a new one I could go to multiple sites and buy a new. overall I've been without a doorbell for 2 months which is posing a safety concern when we travel. I have been telling friends and family not to buy this product as there is obvious supply chain issues and non-truth when dealing with customers

The most horrendous system you can ever get with privacy infringement putting you in danger from the get-go by forcing you to give your phone number to use them. I had the camera banned from the whole company reward catalogue and will make sure nobody I know every make that mistake

Had Blink Outdoor Camera 4 for 18 months. Went to change the batteries as I have done previously and now it no longer works. I called tech support and after doing a few things that I had already done, I was told to replace it. Their warranty is only 1 year. Doesn’t say much about a company with that short of warranty. Time to look for their competitors
