Ja Schade, Installation und anschließen war einfach. Testphase ohne Abo hat unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Aber 10,-€ Abo Gebühr ist abzocke. Habe alles wieder abgebaut und zurück geschickt. Mit Amazon war es problemlos möglich.

If I was able to leave no Stars, thats what they would get. Had for almost 3 years with a montly charge of $4.27, then in 1 day on 7/17, they charged my account twice $42.79. No one answers phones and after 6 hours a man said if I did not have the app on my phone so he could access my phone and account he could not help me. I said just look at what you chaged me he said no. I said okay so I will start with the AG's office Monday and he hung up on me while I was talking. Called credit card and closed the account, now I will go to Ring.

What a scam to get your information! These cameras are junk. I dont want a subscription nor will i ever store my camera footage on the cloud! Duh people it is not safe then. They can use your footage or see who or what is on your property. And dont be fooled this two step verification is for them to get more info on you for later use! blink and the government over reaching **** wads!!!!!!

They detect motion well during the trial period, then once I payed they were junk. Plenty of motion I know went on in front of them yet I check the app they're still stuck on last nights thumbnail. It takes twice to refresh the thumbnail. They're very low quality, and btw without a subscription you get nothing after the trial except short live views, no saved clips.

I think the previous 500 Plus reviews say everything you need to know this is literally the worst ecosystem software customer service and technical cameras that’s available and it’s only because they’ve linked with Amazon that they sell what they sell. The app just is buggy and doesn’t work. You get logged out and you can’t log back in again even though your password is correct. The features on the cameras do not work the battery doorbells last three weeks when they’re supposed to last two years, you ring customer services and all you get is the most ridiculous troubleshooting steps and then they ship equipment from the US. It’s just dreadful. Do not buy them by Reolink instead.
