This company is not good. They market themselves as easy and it has been a nightmare. I paid to have someone install them, within a month cameras started going off line. Can't pay for the subscription because it says I need to be on the app to do it. BUT I WAS. Says I have to log out and log back in to pay, but if I do that I have to resync all cameras. But they are too high for me to do so. I can't reset my password and spent over an hour with service who talked in circles. Pandering to me but not actually helping. PLEASE people. Don't waste your money or time. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.

if i could of put 0 i would have. so tired of these companies wanting money for nothing at all. i want to best buy got this camera. i have other ones. you dont have to give them money. to look at a live at whos out front. on any camrea. but blink!!! got me on the phone for 2 calls. and about a hr of my Saturday. to set it all up. and the others never needed to call no one. so i jump throw the hoops. last botton till i see it come on. and nope!! i ask the girl wut is going on. she tills me. sorry. you can look throw the camrea till send money throw amazon acct. so unless i give them money. i have a paperweight!! just for that all smash it. before you get a dime from me. i cant be the only one who is sick of haven 50 of these little companys being abull to go in your bank acct take your money. anytime they want. there is so many. there is no way i can make sure im noy getting ripped off. some started takeing my money first week i got my bank acct. WITHOUT MY TELLING THEM MY BANKING INFO. goggle! ebay! doordash.! play pass! lift! and if you dont pay them. there so good at making sure to let you no how bad your life will be without them.fucken 🍌🍌🍌🍌 im taking a stand. i wish i could start something to fite these clowns

I ordered some products on 13/08/2026 which cost me ₹260. I ordered cash on delivery. I gave the delivery person ₹400. Instead of returning me ₹140, he returned me only ₹40 and went away. Repeatedly called him but he didn't receive the call. I also complained to the customer care but they also didn't make any effort to return my money back. It seems blinkit doesn't pay their employees so they rob people this way.

Leider bin ich von der Blink Outdoor 4 sehr enttäuscht. Bei meiner Kamera funktioniert die Nachtsicht überhaupt nicht. Ich habe sämtliche empfohlenen Einstellungen überprüft und verschiedene Online-Hilfestellungen von Blink ausprobiert – leider ohne Erfolg. Noch enttäuschender war allerdings der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice. Der Support war für mein Problem nur telefonisch erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiterin machte zunächst Aussagen, die sich im weiteren Verlauf des Gesprächs als falsch bzw widersprüchlich herausstellten. Statt anschließend gemeinsam nach einer vernünftigen Lösung zu suchen, wurde das Gespräch am Ende einfach beendet bzw. aufgelegt. Bei einem technischen Defekt kann ich Verständnis dafür haben, dass so etwas vorkommt. Entscheidend ist dann aber, wie ein Hersteller mit dem Problem umgeht. Einen Kunden mit einer offenbar defekten Kamera zurückzulassen und ein Supportgespräch auf diese Weise zu beenden, empfinde ich als absolut unprofessionell. **Mein Fazit:** Die Nachtsicht meiner Blink Outdoor 4 funktioniert nicht, sämtliche Lösungsversuche waren erfolglos und der Kundenservice war eine zusätzliche Enttäuschung. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich die Kamera und insbesondere den Blink-Support leider nicht empfehlen.

I have purchased their whole system and had a few problems. The biggest problem is that they're wired flood light starts failing so you delete it as a recommend and then it will not reconnect to the network. I've had two of these do the same exact thing it has to be a known problem and each time I have to go through 30 steps and do everything they request each and every time and it still does not work. Now the good point is you get someone you can't really understand in another country and they keep sharing with you that they're going to replace the item and they never ship it. They say I'll be 3 to 5 days then they say they have had a shipping problem and they will get it shipped out in the next 3 to 5 days and then when you call them to say well it could be up to 21 days and I still don't have it after over 4 weeks. They are not trustworthy and their customer care department they have no way to contact a leadership in any way they will only do call backs. And they won't give you a time frame other than 24 hours for the callbacks. The worst customer service that I have experienced.

Terrible customer service. After spending an hour proving my device was not working (sending videos and all), I was issued an RMA for a replacement device. It has been over 3 weeks and my device still has not shipped. Blink customer service keeps giving me the runaround. I have been promised multiple times that my device will ship “soon.” I have also been promised callbacks and follow-ups but have received nothing.

Have had this service for a couple years. The pictures come out good but the service on the cameras and the customer service agents are horrible. Hard to understand and they do not listen to the complaints. The service is acting like the $11.99 that I pay. Called 6 times they mysteriously hand up. On the verge of cancelling service.

Blink cameras require a subscription to be fully functional. Of course the packaging says nothing about it. They are fully functional for a brief trial period. Wyze cameras do not and are MUCH better cameras. Do yourself a favor and pass on buying Blink cameras.
