Don’t bother buying .. rip off no mention of a subscription when first purchased that expires and charges for cloud and video storage ! Camera keeps triggering a motion sense when activated ..

(this is my personal opinion of Blink and Amazon selling Blink) If I could give BLINK a zero rating I would. I am over them, have had four cameras and two sync modules replaced. They MUST BE MADE IN CHINA...because BLINK is literally P___ of S____, with the worst service, worst product quality and worst F____ delivery in the entire industry!!!!! I have Ring and although it has gone somewhat downhill....it will never be as F____ horrible as BLINK the worst product in the world. The doorbell works just ok, but the expensive Floodlight Camera and Floodlight I purchased for over $159 has literally never work well, but for several weeks out of several months, and I have had to replace many expensiv ebatteries due to the poor quality of these blink systems.

An absolutely disgusting and corrupt company. In thier infancy they cared now, say the last year nothing but problems with the cameras the service is beyond a joke and they charge ludicrous amounts of money to call customer service umbenounced to me 30mims from the UK cost me over £100. No doubt I will be suing you!. Stay away from them!.

This doorbell is trash don’t buy This blink door bell camera was a gift from my son back in May 23 and here it is July 23 and this is a replacement. This is straight trash people buy these for security and just like other reviews I read it worked fine until the free trial ended. After that was problem after problem. First off no batteries last long in it even the required lithium batteries. Second it’s pretty obvious to me that blink goes offline when they want too. So that doesn’t help with getting it for security purposes. What really pisses me off is that the mail lady was robbed right in front of my building today and it didn’t even record it but got the back of her as she was walking out. Never even picked her up as she walked into my building smfh….customer service is no help when you try to tell them that they need to fix their doorbell camera especially the battery life. They want to blame you for the issue either it’s higher then normal traffic in your area recording or your internet is not on 2G or you only have low bars for internet. Instead of owning up to them taking the camera offline when they want and trying to force customers to subscribe to their sync module to save on battery which is a bunch of BS. This doorbell camera will be going in the trash I just ordered me a ring doorbell camera which I wanted in the first place.. But gave this a try because it was a gift.

Absolutely useless system. Everything worked well at the beginning both indoor & outdoor cameras. Then one day I could not get passed the security login, it kept telling me it would send me a code, which I never got. Endless emails later I still can not access system. I've binned the lot. Save your money and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY This company has made it completely NOT USER FRIENDLY and puts their customers through hell when they buy this product. I have the sync module as well as two cameras, when I moved and went to reinstall the cameras and sync said I could not register them and get them activated. I have been emailing their 'customer service' team for 2 weeks now and they are spending their time trying to make sure I own the devices with numerous idiotic questions and no answers to actually help me. I cannot believe this company is in business to be honest and I am sharing with everyone I know to never buy this equipment unless they want to be stuck in an email battle with the 'customer service' team to prove they bought the device. The answer is no, I still cannot use the equipment I bought from them because even after 2 weeks of emailing they still don't think I own them. I am doing everything I can for a full refund at this point.

Camera system worked fine from new for a few months, then the free trial period ended this is when my problems started. Let me explain, as the camera's are not reliable enough as a security syetem I was not prepared to pay the subscription and opted for USB storage, it should work but does not since Blick ended my free trial, it is now as good as useless. I have been in contact with Blink many times via email but nothing they suggest works, they will not or can not explain why this has all happened since the end of the trial, the system did not work 100% before but now is less than 10%, very disapointed with Blink customer support, thanks for reading. This is far the worst freaking camera ever. Nothing works properly. Only worked good the first month. Battery supposed to last long but the first one died after a month and the next a few months. Its terrible, IT DOES NOT RECORD WHEN ITS NOT ARMED. it supposed to right, because it was a hit and miss. I have to maximize all the settings otherwise its useless using standard settings. It does not work well when sunlight hits the camera. My Vivint camera was right next to it and vivint did not have problem when sunlight hits it. Blink is also a hit and miss when recording something in motion. A lot of times, it does not record big movements or fast movements. I have the setting to the max and still not recording. Most of the time it records only when its a slow moving object. It supposed to take still shots once every hours but it never ever did that even when the setting is abled. I spent almost $800 for 10 cameras at costco and its GARBAGE product. I could not review blink on Amazon because I did not buy it from them. Don’t buy it don’t think about it dont experience what i experienced it’s just frustrating 😭
