Of the 12 Cameras I purchased, I've had an 80% failure rate and the blink customer service is non existent. They just run you in circles and fail to honor their warranty contract. My dog is better at technical support than anyone on the blink team. They are totally USELESS

When the Blink camera surveillance system works I have been pleased with it. BUT, there appears to be no customer support. I have filled in report tickets and not received a reply. The telephone numbers given for assistance all resulted in "number unknown" This is a terrible reflection on an Amazon company. Be warned

I bought a Blink doorbell after a disaster with an Enway one. So far, so good! It's competitively priced and easy to set up & operate. Batteries are standard AA so easy to replace! The only thing I didn't realise, is that you can only hear the chime on your phone as there is no chime indoors. You can buy a mini camera for £30 so you can hear it ring OR buy an Echo Dot (or similar) to do the same. The doorbell only has 1 "ring" but I can live with that!

I have just spent an hour trying to get a replacement for a tiny piece of plastic that holds our cameras in place! This guy was totally lost! Had my 75 year old husband climbing to take a picture of what the piece looked like! Geese! The part that was broken on two cameras couldn’t have cost more than5 cents! We have not have had these cameras less than a year! Totally totally! Too much to put old people through for a little bolt that held the cameras steady! I guess he had all day to put us through hell for this but all I can say is it was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

So where do I start - I have 4 exterior cameras and two interior cameras. Everything ok for about a year and now everything has turned to - well you know what. Used to get clips in the cloud on subscription. Then they stopped. Spent a month with tech support - who offered the same advice every time - reboot. Then give them access to your cameras and they reboot. Still no good. I switched to USB storage same thing. These cameras and customer service are junk. And they're not cheap either. Blink is not a good company. It gives Amazon a bad name.

If I could give zero stars I would, my wife got there system and put the correct battery’s in them sh**still doesn’t stay working waste of money they take advantage of you!! Pass on them and get the ring lesson learned tell me where I can send you cheap stuff back to you!!

On the phone for 44+ minutes, for the second time in a a week. I haven’t had a solution or camera surveillance. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times. I was told that there were none available. I have given access to account twice with no success. A lot of noise in background and playing. However I have no solution or supervisor to resolve the issue this is unacceptable.

About a month ago I had a minor issue with my security camera and I had to call Blinks for help. They were not so helpful and I ended up fixing the issue myself. My argument is that I have just received my phone bill and I was charged £46.92 for the phone call I made that day which is absolutely disgusting. the duration of the call was 10 minutes. I have called Amazon and put in a complaint to ask Blink why they are charging a premium rate number and they will now look into this. I am warning others not to call their number, because of the charges. I honestly feel like I have been robbed.
