I hope I NEVER have another issue with my Blink cameras because the customer service lady I spoke to was RUDE. She raised her voice, started talking to me in another language and talked to me like trash. While I was trying to explain what was going on with my cameras, she would interrupt me before I could get anything out and would ask me if she was “understanding” before I could finish saying what I needed to say. I like my blink cameras, but they need better people for their customer service department. The lady spoke very broken English and I could barely understand her, I had to piece everything together and she could barely understand English.

I purchased two Blink cameras and the worst customers service. It was not mention upon purchase that there is a free trial.. to my surprise they cut off the clips unless I pay for a plan. Since they disabled the clips my camera started giving problems on live view and one of my camera has been on and offline for the pass three weeks and now offline for two weeks of which customer service do not have a clue as to how to fix it and do not understand English very well.My cameras are powered by an electrical outlet and customer service saud the warranty is void because they should be batter operated and I ask why do they sell the electrical connection should that be the case. Another customer service questioning me as to why I have so many cameras because I mention I also have another under a different make that working much better. I can go one for hours about the bad experience I had with Blink customer service people.Very disappointed.. I hope they can refund my money for both cameras so I can purchase a much better camera.

Initially the doorbell cameras were coming soon for almost a year. When they became available I purchased two, back and front door. This was July, great until rain started and back door misted up.Dried out doorbell,camera on radiator. Worked for a few days and misted up again. Contacted Amazon through chat line the cannot help. Blink is difficult and no chat line availble Please note this device is only weatherproof and is most certainly not waterproof. Complaint lodged with Amazon 16 jan 2023

I have now purchased 6 of these cameras for my holiday lodge. Easy to install with no wiring and the camera vision has been adequate. Huge delay when camera picks up motion so no good for live viewing of activations. However they have recently updated the software App and the limited useful functionality the system has, is now destroyed. Constantly coming up. "Camera system busy" "crashing for no apparent reason" and totally incapable of displaying "landscape mode" I would not advocate buying these cameras. Too many issues and they aren't particularly cheap.

On the advice of a friend, and after researching the product, I purchased a Blink security camera system for my home. Not the cheapest option by any means but appeared to be good quality. There was no mention of any contractual or subscription obligations at that time. Recently my friend and I received a notification our subscription for free Cloud storage was expiring and we had to subscribe to a $15 monthly plan! On principle we refused to be held hostage and now our "plan" has expired the system is basically useless ... destined to be recycled!! I've been a long time Prime member of Amazon and quite frankly I think this a disgusting way to do business, I will be rescinding my membership. Apparently there are numerous people upset with these tactics and I suggest Amazon/Blink review their marketing tactics, they are loosing some long-term customers.

I purchased a double mini blink indoor camera from DELL website around Nov. 2021 and installed them in Dec. 2021 new year eve. For several months those two cameras seem to work fine and served well with my purpose to use them for outdoor security camera which being mounted indoor behind the glass window of my house. About a month ago, I have started to experience missing clips of motion detected where trial subscription being offered by blink - all clip videos being stored in the blink cloud. PRODUCT Quality A L E R T. . . please read carefully before you make a decision to buy any of blink camera. . . Issue #1 - Distorted video during Live View. . . it happens so quick (few seconds only) - it started with 1/4 section of video clip; progressing to 1/2 section of video clip ; 3/4 section of video clip. Issue #2 - Black out view during Live View. . . It happens after 20 seconds of live view and the live view completely stop. Issue #3 - Missing video clip of motion detected. . . It happens to me so many times. There are cars travelling daily in front of my house; yet, those two cameras did not work for over 5 hours for few days randomly. Issue #4 - Mounting those two cameras in opposite side to each other - one is in east side of my house (front door) and other is in west side of my house (next to my garage). The east camera recorded each motion detected, yet, the west camera did not record same motion - - - a car was travelling in from of my house from east to west vice versa. After spending so many hours with Blink Tech Support, they refuse to evaluate the product quality; instead of pointing fingers to my internet provider. . . . POOR Quality mindset....!!!!

I needed security cameras. Bought about $500 worth plus the $10 per month for tech support. At first they worked. Then the cameras would only work sporadically. I have had lots of long emails with tech and mostly they tell me to take the batteries out and put them back in. That never worked. Now my main camera in the front yard is offline but the other cameras are online. I'm 66 in a bad neighborhood. I depended on these cameras to give me piece of mind. Instead it's been a costly, frustrating, infuriating year with Blink cameras.
