2 of my blink camera screws won’t unscrew. Called customer support woman kept explaining how to unscrew a screw while pulling. For heavens sake I’m 58 & know how to unscrew a screw. It’s stuck while turning it won’t come off!!! This system is the worst! Cameras extremely difficult to mount on those little gadgets & now a problem trying to change the battery!

Using Blink Video Doorbell since October which has been positive, however, now the trial period is over I am having problems with getting the basic annual subscription of £24.99 because no matter how I try the message says: You have NO Blink device on this account! After spending the entire day on to Amazon and Blink the issue is still unresolved! According to Amazon everything should be OK. Sadly No! I would prefer to have this matter resolved before my husband decides to return the Blink Video Doorbell! We are pensioners and it has been so frustrating trying to get help. The doorbell was bought by my husband using his card. The Amazon lady tried to help but it became so confusing as I am the Amazon account holder! Please if anyone has any suggestions I would be very happy to hear them! I'm sure the Blink Video Doorbell will be great if only we can resolve the problem! Update! After spending the whole day trying to solve the problems we logged in to my husband's old Amazon account and managed to pay for the yearly subscription, and even linked the accounts! Feeling proud of ourselves! I hope this is the start of something good with Blink!

Misleading i thought with the module i could have free storage BUT now they want me to PAY for storage can't use my module with the thumb dr. I wasted my money!!!

Trash. worked for a day. Not worth the headache of a return. Customer Service is polite but it's a useless device.

Wow. I cant believe this is happening, so my blink cameras and doorbell get kicked offline earlier today. There brand new. And in order to get them back up and running I have to sign into an unsecure network device. I refused to do trying to connect like the first time. Guess what it's not happening, so it's late I'm tired I go ahead and do what they want. Guess what. Not only does it not work but it emailed me and notified me over the unsecure network that my password was wrong to my wifi. And it showed my password. Literally showed it. And it was right. My password was spot on. What do I do now. Im scared to go to sleep. I got this system bc I have some real life issues that are not pleasant. And now my security is down to some cameras that run inside only and are really just back ups if my cameras outside fail. This is unacceptable considering the situation I'm in. I mean now I'm gonna lay on my couch armed all night. Thanks for putting me and my family more at risk then we already are.

Blink cameras are a waste of time. What Amazon dont tell you is that you have to buy an additional module to get your camera working, Also, the night vision is useless.. Once the batteries are dead, you have to replace the whole camera. You can't buy blink batteries and they are not rechargeable.

Worst cameras ever… batteries run out quickly on one of the cameras, the front shuts off whenever it wants to.. switching to another brand soon. Very disappointed in blink.

sync module just died. tech support was useless.?.. couldn't understand techs broken english, she repeated everything right out if tech book.... waste of time.... Amazon has to do better!!!
