Contradictory to a lot of other reviews, I've actually had reasonably timely support to my queries from the CS team, the problem is that I believe it is a flawed product. Either my mini- camera or doorbell camera stop recording to the sync-module and cannot be resolved remotely, given I am away for 6 months of the year it means sending a member of the family round to try to reboot the system. When I query with the CS team, they blame my WiFi, but none of my other makes of camera have a problem with the WiFi?

They weren’t the easier to set up initially but managed to get them working After a year they expect you to pay - money making scam Had to change my wifi hub router and everything stopped work. They wouldn’t even connect. Then I tried to delete each device it said it wasn’t’ valid but connecting the device from scratch it said it was already in use (can’t be both) The customer service is so unhelpful and for it been a 24-7 service absolutely appalling. Decided to delete my account got an email to confirm but then when I went to rejoin it said email already has an account So tried to reset password and log in to account and it said email was invalid - very confusing and opposite to what each page said I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT

I have outdoor camera on front porch. I get intermittent failure where someone is on porch and no notification or clip taken. Calls to customer service go unanswered and only result in used minutes on cell phone requiring recharge if I wait for 20 minutes or more. Unsatisfactory. Phone not on do not disturb so this should not be happening. New update not working. No reliable security for my residence on first floor

Wish I could have left a zero star review. Bllink Customer Support fails at executing their promises. Had an issue with registration on a Friday. Website says to submit a form via email and expct an answer in two WORKING days. Tech rep on the phone says it will be *three* working days.says it will be three days. It is now FIVE working days (plus two weekend days) since submission with no resolution. Called to escalate without satisfaction. Just be prepared for them to take their sweet time regardless of how important it is to you. I would STRONGLY suggest investing in a different camera system; Wyze is much better from personal experience; I've also heard good things about Nest. Honestly if I had the money to scrap these and replace them, I wouldn't hesitate.

I absolutely hate my blink doorbell. I never get notifications on my phone or if I do it comes thru 10-15 minutes later. Same with my cameras. 15 minutes after motion was detected I get the notification. These are a joke.

I purchased the blink cameras last year on Amazon . They came with dead batteries which are rather expensive to replace. Getting Blink to send out new batteries was like pulling teeth!About three weeks ago I bought a new phone but with the same phone number. So I had to sign in after I downloaded the new app and now my six digit security verification number keeps getting sent to somebody else's number as the last 4 digits show which ate not mine.So much for security when this crappy company can lock you out of your camera system..Now I''ve been emailing back and forth with clueless customer service agents for over 2 weeks.. I certainly wouldn't recommend these cameras to anyone .The cameras themselves are half decent but the company and their customer service is utter and complete garbage.At this point they can have their cameras back and I want my money back for all the bs I have deal with , not being able to use my security cameras!

Blink doorbell + sync module 2: The Blink doorbell does not work as intended or advertised. Customer service does not provide help beyond standardized trouble shooting (delete and add device) that is not specifc to the issues. The problem with my Blink is that it does not capture movement coming directly at the camera, i.e. anyone walking up to my house straight in front of and in full view of the camera. It does not capture people walking along the side of the house within the camera range. It captures people at my house - me, the mailman, deliveries - once the person is already up the steps on the porch. People walking on the sidewalk are captured once they reach mid-frame. Also, once it stops recording motion it will not restart recording for 10 seconds, minimum. This is a feature, not a setting I can reduce. Meaning lots of meaningful motion is never captured. My camera is set up well, the view is unobstructed, I don't have any settings interfereing with recording, and my wifi is great. I end up with 5 - 10 videos of cars driving by every hour, but only glimpses of people on my property. There is something wrong or cheap with the way the Blink works and the company isn't transparent about the product's limitations.

The new updated version is crap. Nothing works as it should now.overall the old version was better. And forget customer service. If you manage to get someone, they blame your routers. FYI not everyone has a bad router. Wasted a bunch of money on 10 cameras and More. I will now find a new system.
