BlinkReviews of blinkforhome.com

Blink cameras 😂 if you do not choose to subscribe to there overpriced plans and use the usb instead they will alter the settings so they do not work ! There customer Surport is way beyond poor , Amazon is going down this route to, quick buck fook you policy . On a positive note over 3 out door cameras and a blink door bell for sale from a smoke free home hardly used (should say worked 🧐) .

Their service is real garbage, I had over 30 emails with them since january 2025 and they keep asking to do more and more like pictures and videos of your products to "help". Save your money and time and flee this company

I recently had an issue with my Blink cameras going offline. As it turns out it was because my genius son turned on DNS encryption for our WiFi network which I was unaware of. I couldn't get the cameras to work with our wireless network and the customer support at Blink were incredibly patient and professional. I was very impressed. Eventually we got the problem solved

Absolute garbage. Products don't work properly and they always claim it's a wifi issue even when all products are sitting right beside router. And don't expect customer support to get back to you in a timely matter either.

Got blink doorbell and have say all good. Found setting up bit confusing but that could be just me being old pensioner.Have ordered echo show and hope it will connect easy. But well please with the sharpness of the camera on doorbell and wide angle lens.

What a horrible company. I know it is owned by Amazon, but this is even worse than Amazon, if that is even possible now. I have had five cameras and two SYNC Modules for some time. Keeping them going is a nightmare. Their technical support is useless. Today, I had their tech tell me to call my internet provider and lower the security level on my router so it would work with Blink. After escalating the issue, the escalation person said that when I changed internet providers, Blink moved me back to iCloud instead of local storage that I purchased from Blink. Interesting that it would pay them to do that. Mistake on their part??? Then they blamed it on needing new batteries and I bought new batteries and that didn't work either. After endless hours, I got it to work, somewhat, but now when you open a video, it is so slow the whole security with this piece of junk is worthless. I have had to delete all of the cameras and reset them up again. I had to reformat the USB when Blink said their own USB was not compatible. This is not one incident but so many I cannot even tell you how often all of this has happened. I will never buy anything from Blink for home or Amazon ever again. How either of them stay in business is a wonder to me. If you are looking for security cameras, read the reviews on these before buying them.

Meine frage also: wozu dann dieser überteuerter quatsch? Zukünftig lieber Alternativen. Schade ums Geld.

It needs minus zero stars!! DO NOT BUY BLINK CAMERAS The footage is fuzzy; motion detectors work about 10% of the time only!! EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE IS GOOD IT BASICALLY IS A RIP OFF And customer service SUCKS
