Purchased a wired camera / flood light for $90! It has been installed correctly by a professional. It will not connect to the app or the wi-fi. You would think that the lights would work even if the camera won't. Pretty poor design if you ask me. I cannot return it now because the 30 days has expired. If you want to throw 90 dollars in the trash, then this is the product for you. I will NEVER but anything from blink again.

I’ve been in a support nightmare with Blink for over 7 weeks. One of my cameras was eventually replaced, and I was sent a sync module—but the second faulty camera is still being ignored. Despite following every troubleshooting step multiple times, Blink continues to demand I repeat the process again for a fourth time before they’ll even consider replacing it. Their support model clearly hopes to wear customers down rather than resolve valid warranty claims. I’ve already filed a BBB complaint, contacted Amazon (who owns Blink), and received only half a resolution. For a company under Amazon’s umbrella, this level of dismissive, circular, and ineffective support is unacceptable. I expected better from both Blink and Amazon. If you’re considering Blink for home security—don’t. Their customer service is a dead end, and if something breaks, you’re on your own.

Sync 2 Module, Kameras fallen regelmäßig aus. Neu-Installation etc ist einfach nur ABM... Zwischendurch hängt das System mal wieder... Support antwortet evtl. mit nichtssagenden Textbausteinen maximal einmal am Tag. Dabei wiederholen sich auch mal die Vorschläge.. beten zu irgendjemand oder irgendwas hilft evtl. im Gegensatz zu den "Ratschlägen" des "Support " stochern im Dunkeln..eigene Antworten an den Support werden offenbar gar nicht gelesen.. zwischendurch wird auch gerne behauptet die Garantie sei erloschen... I’ve been with Blink for almost 2 years. Bought a camera connected to it. How was working well installed it at my mom‘s apartment after one month she moved. I took back my camera that I purchased and now Blink will not release it so I cannot activate it back to my account.

What complete and utter animal droppings of a product. I bought the video doorbell around 4 months ago and have had one issue after another with it. They do not tell you there is no chime in the house, only on your phone, so if it's off or silent you'll hear nothing. They also do not tell you that to have the benefit of saved video clips you will have to buy a subscription, or buy the Sync module & usb stick. If you actually want a chime in the house you'll also have to buy another of their items. So after less tha 2 months use the batteries of the doorbell with the claimed '2 year lifespan' were already showing as LOW BATTERY. So to have any chance of affecting this sort of lifespan you'll have to disable all motion sensor recording and only have a minimal recording when someone actually rings your bell. Then there's the delay in notification that someone is at your door, sometimes this is 10 seconds, or if someone is stealing a parcel from your doorstep, never! Now having purchased the additional items in the already commuted attempt to get a decent functioning product the Sync unit has decided to stop recognising the usb, so that's not recording clips either now. So in a nutshell steer away from this utter rubbish. Their customer service is hard work to deal with too, you know, one of those types that have selective reading issues and only respond with a script instead of directly to the issue you have contacted them on. I will be now looking into the alternative brands on the market.

For more than three weeks and over a dozen emails, I have asked for clarifications on the ability of the Blink app to retrieve and display clips on local storage. Each time my question is side-stepped with a response that has little to do with the question I have asked. It would be helpful that support would at least give us direct answers to our questions. Very disappointed thus far...

Had two wireless cameras originally with no subscription and no complains. I added two more and after a couple months I started getting notices in my email that I needed to renew my subscription. Now the two new cameras do not record. I called the company and they told me I need a subscription for those two cameras. I feel totally ripped off. I would not have bought these cameras To add to the other two if I knew that.
