I spent weeks! Weeks going back and forth with customer service to discover what I already knew - the camera quit working on battery. Only at the end did they tell me it was out if warranty. What a huge waste of my time!!!!!!

Den Support kann man nicht erreichen,bzw. keine funktionierende Adresse auswählen. (Man kommt z.Zt. erst garnicht auf die Seite) Zeitplanungs-System funktioniert nicht. Anfrage gestellt keine Antwort. leider schon 2 Kameras gekauft , wegen des fehlerhaften Zeitplanungssystem nicht im Einsatz.

Worse customer service on the planet, the camera sucks too. Save yourself some grief and avoid this product at all costs…

Blink is terrible for customer service there aim is just to keep passing the emails forward rather than deal with the inquiry every time I have contacted there aim is not to solve confirm or read but too reply with another generic email so it takes dozens of contacts and goes on for weeks no knowledge 3rd world jobs worth with no clue

Blink customer service is the absolute worst!! They are in the business of providing safety and security, yet we are not providing with a customer service number only an email when we are experiencing issues. My cameras haven’t worked in days (almost a full week) all because the sync module will not sync to my WiFi. After over a year, now it doesn’t want to sync. And the only thing they have done is ask me 5011 questions. No resolution only questions and im overly pissed.

Absolute waste of time!! Constantly speaking on multiple threads to different customer service agents. None of the agents have any idea of what the other is doing. Also called them on several occasions, again they read a script and send you the same info over and over again. All I want is to change my old email and phone number over to my new email.

Ständig bekomme ich die Nachricht: Hmm, da ist etwas schief gelaufen. Oder: das System ist ausgelastet? Was soll der Unsinn? Wenn weder eine Bewegung registriert wird noch eine auf dem Stick gespeichert wird? Das ganze System ist ein perfekt organisierter Betrug zu überteuerten Preisen.

I wouldn't use one of these if you're an American citizen. The Chinese want too much information and it's too hard to even log in without that information bury it in your garbage bin
