Incompetent company run by incompetent people, owned by an increasingly incompetent corporate entity. Long term paid customer, 10+ cameras, supported them from start-up stage -- obviously a major mistake, they should have been allowed to die in that stage. Suddenly can't log in. No chance anything on my side. Successful password changes don't work. Telephone support have no idea what to do. That's it. And that is it, cancelling now and I am still within the return window of a few recent cameras. Morons.

Cameras went out barely 90 days took back to store no exchange or refund. Had to do chat which took forever. The verified cameras were bad. Received R M A email 6/29/26 and 7/1/26 just called to see if there was in information on them. The man I spoke with wasn’t much help said they are having difficulties and I have to wait longer. I then asked how long? His response just longer . I’m thinking I won’t get replacements or a refund even being under warranty. Cameras are 2 K + supposed to be the best. Not happy at all fixing to cancel subscription too! Update : 2 days after I posted this the next day aired the replacement cameras they work so far but I was not real happy about the fact my cameras were bought new and they sent refurbished cameras back. I think the original cameras and the generation 2 blink were the best on blink but the 2 K plus not so good. I also think you should be able to use with out subscription like the older cameras 7-26-2026

I upgraded to Blink AI, but they never told me when my new subscription would start or when my old one would end. They just took £99.99 from my account and said I’d subscribed, which made me think I now had two active plans. I cancelled within a minute, without using it, and they refunded me — but £8.33 short. They claimed that was a “usage fee”. I asked them to refund the £8.33 so I could restart the subscription properly, and they refused. I then asked for a full refund under the 14‑day cooling‑off period, and they told me it didn’t apply to online orders. According to Citizens Advice, that’s not true. After being a trusted customer to Blink for a year I now I feel completely let down and misled. I don't understand why they would treat their own customers like this?

Ein Stern ist noch zuviel. Ich besitze seit Anfang 2024 das "blink 2"- System plus eine outdoor-Kamera (Batterie-Betrieb) plus Synth- Modul. Die Kameras liefen - ohne Abo- sehr gut über die App. Ich lebte bis Mai diesen Jahres für 2 Jahre in den USA und konnte regelmäßig die Aktivitäten in meiner Wohnung mittels Handy sehen. Jetzt habe ich eine neue email-Adresse und neue Telefonnummer. Die App bietet an, "Konto erstellen"- das tat ich und seitdem geht gar nichts mehr. Erst chat-support und die verwiesen auf den telefonischen Support. "Laura" unterbrach mich ständig und ich musste alles 3 mal erklären. Mehrfach machte ich Fotos von den Geräten und habe zumindest bei einem Gerät noch eine Kaufquittung gehabt, die ich denen ebenfalls eingescannt habe. Eine apple-Emailadresse akzeptiert "blink" nicht. Die anderen Adressen gingen auch nicht. 2 Tage meines Urlaubs sind ergebnislos verstrichen. Zudem wird man von "Blink" auch noch ungefragt "Geduzt" ( ich bin fast 60 Jahre alt) . Die Geräte kann ich jetzt in den Müll werfen und "blink" ist nicht an einer Lösung zu meiner Zufriedenheit interessiert. Die reagieren schlichtweg nicht mehr. Wofür werden solche "support"- Mitarbeiter eigentlich bezahlt?

Rispetto a molti fortunatamente il collegamento alla rete funziona, forse perché la mia non ha il funzionamento a batteria ma solo con alimentatore. Le notifiche arrivano dopo qualche secondo, ma se la vogliamo utilizzare come videosorveglianza lasciamo perdere devi per forza fare un abbonamento, mi pare a 3 euro mensili, altrimenti ti devi accontentare di cliccare "Continua" sulla APP. Non è interfacciabile con nessun altro sistema di videosorveglianza su NAS, tipo "Synology" o "QNap" o altri che non conosco penso perché non abbiano implementato il protocollo ONIF. Comunque tirando le somme se le vostre esigenze sono di controllare qualcosa per poco tempo massimo 5 minuti allora per quello che costano funzionano ma se volete usarle per videosorveglianza lasciate perdere andate su altri prodotti. Se avessi letto le recensioni invece di acquistare ad impeto avrei risparmiato 16 euro su Amazon, "certo non riescono a venderle!", ma comunque la lezione l'ho imparata, assolutamente mai più BLINK se vogliono che acquisti ancora questo marchio deve nevicare all'inferno.

Ich kann Blink leider nicht empfehlen. Beide Kameras haben komplett den Dienst eingestellt. Sie lassen sich nicht mehr einschalten, obwohl sie am Strom angeschlossen sind. Es leuchtet keine einzige LED mehr – die Kameras sind nicht mehr nutzbar. Anstatt die offensichtlich defekten Kameras im Rahmen der Garantie auszutauschen, erhalte ich vom Kundensupport immer wieder neue technische Anweisungen und soll ständig weitere Tests durchführen. Ich bin kein IT-Techniker. Ich habe die Kameras gekauft, um sie zu nutzen – nicht, um stundenlang Fehler zu suchen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass ich währenddessen weiterhin ein kostenpflichtiges Abo bezahle, obwohl ich die Kameras seit längerer Zeit gar nicht nutzen kann. Für mich war das eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich werde keine Blink-Kamera mehr kaufen und kann vom Kauf nur abraten.
