Great customer service, one of my blinds just wasn’t sitting right folds of the Roman shade were wrong & they were badly wrinkled & never fell into place. They are making me a new one after reviewing my pics. Love this company this was my third but not last purchase:)

To whom it may concern, All the Window treatments have a Valance with them. I never heard of seen a Window that has no Valance. Who's Idea was this anyway???? If you are out of business in a year ....I'll no exactly why. My Window looks like boiled over Do-Do! I think you should remove my information from your system. I'm never buying from you again. I called on this and the lady on the other end of the line at Blindster said that.." I bought the enhanced Blind" I asked her.." where is this so called " enhancement " is? Have a good Day!
