Very disappointed.
My husband installed one of the two Roman Shades. It was clearly flawed. The back stringers were unlevel. One side was lower which resulted in an overall tilted presentation. We followed the directions to level the blinds, however, it was unsuccessful because the construction is flawed. We’re very disappointed and dissatisfied with this cheaply constructed product.

DO NOT BELIEVE WORD SHE SAYS!
Customer Service Rep continued to fabricate a delivery that would not happen for weeks. DO NOT BELIEVE WORD SHE SAYS! They Promise a few days when in reality it takes a month.

Quality product, free samples, reasonable timeline
Started with an easy-to-navigate website. You offered free samples. The free samples arrived within 10 days. The variety of styles. Your measurement instructions were simple, and keying in the information was very easy. The product arrived sooner than the timeline given. My husband installed them, but he is a handyman. Can't address the enclosed instructions, other than he looked at them and went to work. The improvement that I would recommend is to better describe or send a sample of a full and flat roman shade. I changed from the flat to the full. I questioned it at first site, but the longer they hang, the better they look. I am very pleased. As for the price, I was shocked how much I would have to spend for window treatments. I had priced and researched several other options and companies. It was the sale and the product that won me over. I saved over $500.
