Gives me the privacy I want and looks great in the three rooms Blindster made for me. Each room was done in a different color with one room with the top/bottom opening feature.

Always in touch with customer if the order was a little delayed. Order was delivered promptly. The bamboo shade was just like the photo. Just to let customers know my husband messed up on the shade installation, I dont know how being that the installation was pretty straightforward, easy installation but with my husbands mistake the shade was not functional, I called customer service which is excellent and they are sending me a new one which my husband will not install. Great customer service, very polite and caring.
