I’ve always liked Blindster. I made 2 mistakes in ordering so the blinds were too big. I called to see what I could do, they made the correct size and I paid only for shipping. They’ve been great otherwise as well. The items are shipped promptly and you’re kept informed on the status. Customer service was very professional and friendly.

The order was not delivered timely and the parts of the shipment that did arrive were not cut properly (or at all). My submitted measurements were not adhered to and when I contacted customer support, they were slow to respond even after I submitted the requested pictures and proof of the blind they forgot to even cut from its stock size. After multiple follow up emails I have yet to receive a response. Between that and the lack of install instructions provided in the package I am extremely disappointed in my $500 purchase.

I haven't received my blinds yet so can't comment on quality at this time, but be warned that their production and shipping estimates are not accurate. My blinds were estimated to ship July 8-11 and I had to call to followup and learned they just shipped today (July 13). Ground shipping will be another ~3 days to arrive. I needed them asap and lesson learned is that I should not have trusted their overly optimistic estimates. I actually called the day I ordered and was told they were sending the order directly to production instead of waiting their standard 24-hour hold (in case changes are requested), but this didn't even get they anywhere near their original estimate. Blindster - please correct your estimates to avoid future disappointment on project turnaround time.

Easy to order, but delivery took far longer than I expected. However, be aware that the light filtering fabric in BLACK, is absolute blackout. Glad I ordered just a small one for the toilet window and not the whole set I had planned on. Blindster offered to remake in a different color, as per their satisfaction policy, but want a $20 shipping fee. I have found a local company who can make what I am looking for for
