Exceptional customer service
This company is great to work with. I was looking for a hard to find gas log set. They listed it as in stock. I emailed them on the weekend and got a response first thing Monday morning. Melanie has already confirmed that it was in stock. I placed the order and it was shipped the same day. My order, consisting of 3 boxes and 100+ lbs, was received 2 days later. Free shipping!! I received the service I expected but very seldom get. Thank you Blazzing Fire!

Super Fast Shipment!
Super Fast Shipment!! I was a first time buyer and they were advertising 10% off your first order. When I received my order I noticed that the 10% was not applied to my order. The customer service agent placed my 10% back on the card I used without question. Will definitely recommend and buy from again!!

The shipment came fast and the logs…
The shipment came fast and the logs were in great shape. Very easy to install and they look great. We have not burned them as we do in the cold of winter so the logs have a smell to them. I hope that will go away soon. Joe

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Product not as described , tried to return it and then told me it was damaged and would not refund my money. Out the cost of the product plus shipping . Needless to say would never buy from this company again. Poor quality product and even worse customer service from a “manager”.

Dear Jen Marcario, It is regrettable that you did not have a satisfactory experience with our company. Upon researching the situation, you were informed that the product could be returned but had to be in the original packaging and be in "new and salable" condition. When the item arrived at our warehouse, it was received damaged. Although the original packaging was in the box along with the product, the product was not secured into the packaging and was free to move around in the box. This resulted in damage to the decorative cover on the product that could not be repaired. An offer was made to return your product to you at our cost but you have declined. We will retain the product until 2/28/19 if you choose to have it sent back to you. After that time, it will be disposed. If you would like it returned, please contact us at 866-238-9228.
