SweetNight Mattress, Furniture and Sleep SolutionsReviews of sweetnight.com

The support was exceptional, so helpful and understanding. They solved my problem quickly and with kindness. I wish every support team was like this one :)

They told me what was going on with my order and how long it going to be for I get my new mattress. And I understand that ran out . They all so told when it will be back in. That is next month and I am ok. With that because I want to try it .

The fact that I ordered something two of them was able to cancel it with ease. And it didn't disrupt any of my orders getting out on time. Thank you so much for your hard work Nobody

Sweet night has been amazing. We love the first mattress we bought in a queen so we purchased a king in the same mattress. After it was accidently sent to the wrong address i contact sweet night and feded and sweet night contacted FedEx twice as well and we were able to correct it to the right address. Thankfully, too, because the wrong address was 4 hours. Our pillows that were free werent able to be rerouted but they sent us another set right away once they were truly delivered to the wrong house. The quality of the queen mattress is a bit softer but im hoping thos king will soften up a bit with use. So far we love it compared to ikea or Ashley furniture or mattress firm. And sweetnight being so helpful while other companies told me tough luck on other issue is the cherry on top

I have a love-hate relationship with this mattress. On the positive side, it is much more comfortable than my previous mattress, and I have no complaints about the comfort itself. Unfortunately, the edge support is almost nonexistent. I have the full-size mattress, and I find myself constantly slipping toward or off the edge of the bed. It has become frustrating enough that even though I need to purchase a queen-size mattress, I can’t see myself buying another SweetNight unless they improve the edge support. Another improvement would be adding sewn-in handles on the sides. Most mattresses I’ve owned have had them, and they make moving or repositioning the mattress much easier. Overall, it’s a comfortable mattress, but comfort alone isn’t enough. The lack of edge support is a major issue for me, and because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it. Fix the edges and add some handles, and this could be a much better mattress.

Traduction Française en bas Excellent handling and resolution of my stitching issue. My interactions with Lucy were quick and productive. I’ve added this update to my Amazon review, which was already 5 stars for the mattress's comfort and quality. Excellente prise en charge et résolution de mon problème de couture. Mes échanges avec Lucy ont été rapides et efficaces. J'ai revu mon avis Amazon, qui attribuait déjà 5 étoiles pour le confort et la qualité du matelas... 🙏

Received my mattress and was able to use it after 24hrs. It has stopped all of my back pains and I now sleep like a baby. I recommend this sweetnight mattress over the other mattress company's that I used in the past. The cost is less, and the comfort is much better. My last mattress cost me triple what I paid for this one.

Friendly and fast customer service.
