Dear T or M, We are apolgize that your experience was less than stellar. However we are a bit confused since the last communication received from you was "final delivery has been made. it was a pleasure doing business with you. THANX AGAIN!". Although we do show that an email showing the shipping details was sent out, occasionally different filters and systems will block our communications. Dear Susan, We are sorry to hear that your shipment was delayed. Regrettably, the order was received and processed after the Priority Mail cut off on the Friday 7/10. We were able to get the items in the mail on the 7/13 wit the expectation of delivery 7/15. Apparently the Postal Service had other plans and delivered on 7/17. Although we are unable to control the delivery by local service, we do apologize for the delays and trust that they did not cause too much frustration (your package seems to have had an extended stay in both Dallas and Houston). Dear Douglas, Thank you for your business and sharing your feedback with us. We strive to meet/exceed expectations on every order, and regrettably, we have not been able to do so for you. We apologize for our failure to get this item out in a timely manner and out lack of responsiveness. Based on when the order received, it should have shipped on the 9th to be delivered on the 13th at the latest (according to FedEx description of their 1-2 day service) . Unfortunately, it was delivered a day late on the 14th. We will work to make this right and use this as a teachable moment. Dear Shannon, We apologize for the confusion with your order. We did reach out the following day and left a voicemail at the number on file explaining that the manufacturer is on back-order as a result of Covid-19 restrictions until mid-January (the plant is only able to operate at a percentage of capacity).
