Very pleased with Blazzing Fire. The part I ordered was promptly shipped with great communication. They even threw in a koozie and sample of some barbecue rub along with a thank you card. Can't expect anything more of a company.

I placed an order for a set of gas logs that said it came with the whole set. Then I found out the ad was wrong and it was just for the logs.. I've never had someone not honor an advertised price before. Oh well..
