Very disappointed!! I was told that they have my product in stock before I made the purchase, once the purchase was completed I got a call stating that they didn’t have anything available 😡
Response from Blazzing FireOct 25, 2021
Dear Nadia, It is regrettable that your experience with Blazzing Fire has been less than stellar. Managing inventory flow during the current supply chain climate has been difficult at best. Although we do attempt to keep our systems as current as possible, there are times when mistakes do occur. The information that we had one of the Opti-V Duet units available was based on an indication that a truck arriving the day of your call would have that item aboard. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We will be using this situation as a learning opportunity for our staff and hope that you can forgive our eagerness to get products to our customers over confirming the inventory in this instance. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team
