I found the site while searching on line for a combo chimney cap/flu damper. With their quality products and favorable pricing, I made my first purchase. When the delivery carrier did not deliver as promised, their customer service rep followed up on my email by phone. A very high level service! When I need more fireplace product, I will go to blazzingfire.com first.

Missing pieces and costumer service follow through.
The order was missing 2 pieces when it arrived and the installation instructions were also for a unit with a pilot not a remote start. When I called costumer service they were helpful over the phone the follow up on emails and phone calls never came so I had to continue to follow up with them.

Dear C.M. It is regrettable that you feel your experience with Blazzing Fire has fallen short of expectations. The missing heat shield , as explained by our CSR, will take approximately 2 weeks to receive from the manufacturer. If the initial estimate were to change, one of our representatives would be sure to reach out to you. We take customer service extremely seriously at Blazzing Fire. After reviewing the timeline between the initial phone call about the sound concerns, the video sent (which had to be converted into a different format to be viewed on PC) and the follow up phone call made by you, we did miss the mark on a 24-hour turn around. Given the time of year and the volume of calls currently being received, we do hope that you will accept our apology for missing the one-day timeframe. We are happy that the issue was corrected when the burner was installed correctly according to the instructions. Once again, we will continue to update if there are any changes in the warranty issue for the missing decorative item and we are always happy to have a pleasant conversation with any of our customers if you choose to call in between updates. I ordered a ash vent and an outside ash…
I ordered a ash vent and an outside ash clean out door. Everything fit perfectly and was exactly as described on the website. I try to support small / independent businesses and I was not disappointed this time. Thank you!

Package received in good shape
We received the fireplace in excellent condition, and well packaged. As of this time have not installed the unit, waiting for installers. Also received a great gift pack and a great thank you note. That was a nice touch!
