Melanie was awesome and found me the unit I wanted quickly. One issue is I did not receive 10% off even though I tried to on the website. Can someone help me out with that please ?

The lid arrived broken
The lid arrived broken. The tiny rivets pulled through the lid when it was bent during packaging. The bucket is of good quality, but for $70 i expected better.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Do not order from this company. I returned fireplace trim in the original package, never opened the trim, but was in a different box to ship back. The representative over the phone indicated this would be refunded. However, they refused to refund my money back.

Happy happy happy
I had been looking for a replacement ash catcher for 3 months. Other websites had the same thing, but with $50 shipping. Not only was blazzing fire A lot cheaper for the same product, they were fast and efficient getting that product to me. Will definitely be ordering again when needed!

Exemplary
Everything about the process was exemplary. I was able to make an adjustment to the order, and the staff was knowledgeable and guided me through the process. The package was shipped quickly. The shipping company gave how many stops ahead of us and approximate delivery times. The product game unblemished and there was a thank you gift and hot sauce in the order. Keep rocking it. I already have recommended Blazzing Fire to my friends and family.

Long delivery time.
Well, hard to give a review on a product we haven’t received yet. We were told 7 day delivery on the website and then received an email stating 8 week back order on the burner. Winter will almost be over when we finally get our log set. Not happy about that.
