I bought three heaters from Blaux. One stopped working straight away and they refunded me. That was relatively straightforwards, they had a phone number at the time. Since then I’ve only used one of the heaters occasionally when it’s very cold and the other I turned on once to check it worked. Now they’ve both stopped working too, I contacted them (no phone number available now so used contact form on website) as I had a lifetime warranty, initially it took a long time to get a response but when I did, they said they would resolve it as soon as possible and they would honour the warranty. I’ve now had another email saying that I don’t have a warranty and they won’t fix their faulty goods. I spent £188 total for hardly any use, complete rip off, next time I’ll buy from a known company who actually offers customer service. I note your website has been updated re: lifetime warranty so I can only assume I’m not alone in having this experience.

I have called the customer support phone number and left messages at least 5 times and emailed 5 times. I have gotten one response and it had nothing to do with my issue. There are other companies that sell similar products. I wouldn't give Blaux my business ever again. Non existence customer service. The response below is nonsense. So you want me to resend to the general customer service email? Or do you have an email that I will actually get a response from?

As with many others, after a month, and numerous excuses, I never received the product from Blaux. I believe this company is fraudulent and I will NEVER deal with them again. Still trying to get order cancelled and refunded, after at least 4 emails to them. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Do not deal with them!

Be forewarned! It is hard to write a review for a product that never was delivered. I gave the Blaux the requisite 30 days. Can't say much about it because it was never delivered! I filled out their contact form twice and not a peep from this so-called company.

I bought 2 Blaux bidet for presents, but my relatives don’t want them. The product was never opened, and still in original packaging. I asked customer service for return instructions 4-5 x, but I can’t get an answer. The customer service is horrible. I had bad experience with this company before but I forgot about..I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Ich bin der Meinung, dass es wenig vertrauenserweckend ist, wenn der Zahlungsdienstleister eine Rückzahlung des Warenwerts aussetzt (frei übersetzt). Ich glaube, dass das der letzte Beweis für die fraglichen Praktiken des Unternehmens ist. Nach wie vor kein Geld zurück und auch keine Ware mehr. Statt dessen eine Gutschrift, mit der ich nichts anfangen kann.

If I could give a minus 100 I would. Totally useless company. I ordered 4 Blaux Bidets on 25 November 2022. It is now May 2023 and I have emailed constantly as I am in Australia and initially I would get a response like ‘your package is on its way’ and then nothing. Now considering this cost $157.93 I am more than annoyed. The order number was 2220069867 from the 25 November 2022. Warning to all. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

das von Blaux gesendete Gerät entspricht nicht dem im Internet Auftritt beworbenen Artikel. Hier wurde eine Leistung ähnlich eines Düsentriebwerks versprochen, was ich so natürlich nicht erwartet habe bei 450w Leistung. Ich hoffte aber auf ein leistungsstarkes Gerät, das durch die angekündigte „neue Technologie“ erheblich mehr Wärme erzeugt. Wirklich leistet das Gerät nahezu nichts. Wärme ist nur in einem Abstand von max 1 Meter zu spüren. Das Design entspricht absolut nicht den Fotos in der Werbung. Das gelieferte Gerät entspricht nicht nur meinen Erwartungen nicht, es ist eine Zumutung und total überteuert.
