Hi Richard. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. We can’t fix the past but you have our personal commitment to improve the way our customer support team serves every customer. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. Regarding your concern, we can follow this up so you can get a store credit for the refund. We are unable to issue the refund to the original form of payment since the original charge date is more than six months ago.
