I was told I was receiving Blast portable acs. Instead they sent me Blaux acs I opened the box to find cheaply made plastic units. I tried them and they were absolutely terrible If the people that put out this product.were honest they would post a return address in response to my review Let's see if this happens Joe (UPSET AND FEELING CHEATED) I just got a reply from Blaux.com. They said that they will send me a refund if I give them my order number. Well I have no order number since my order was for Blast acs not Blaux which I received. I never got an order number and a post that my BLAST acs were shipped. I HAVE NO PAPER TRAIL, NO ACCOUNT NUMBER, NO CUSTOMER TELEPHONE NUMBER. I did call a telephone number that I was given. The intro said CUSTOMER Service not Blaux Co. Then there was music, then a women with a British prerecorded voice said that they can't handle phone calls to please contact them by, then the call abruptly ended without any info. There was a total disconnect. DEAD END Your reply from Blaux is purely generic and a BLOW OFF. If you genuinely wanted to help me, you would do your homework and help me. DO ME A FAVOR! DON'T SEND ME ANOTHER GENERIC MESSAGE. IT'S AN INSULT TO ME AND EVERYONE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH. PS. THE ACS YOU SENT ME DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE ONES I ORDERED!!!

I ordered two of these devices. I used them for one day and now neither will stay on even plugged in. These devices, not ac, are garbage. Straight garbage!!!

This is not as advertised, and the reviews on their site are not real, this does not cool a whole room . You have to sit in front of it like a fan. Waste of money! I’d spend twenty on a fan for same effect.

Simply copying & pasting my comments on youtube: Unfortunately,I did not peruse yt,previous to purchasing this HIDEOUS,excuse of an AC unit. I am embarrassed for myself that out of desperation,(HOT in Nevada!!!) I fell for the false online reviews. It provides NO COOLING WHATSOEVER...Weak fan and shoddy,cheap,typical Chinese construction.Didn't even include the necessary adapter required to turn on the darned thing!... Their respone on the phone:"we're out of them,but you can pick one up at WALMART" I literally shipped it back the day after receiving it. AND,I was responsible for the $21.00 shipping return. A 100% RIP OFF!!!

would give less stars but there is no number lower than zero. Worst product ever, complete and total scam. Not even a good fan. They offered a 30% discount if l would keep it or give it to someone else..l told them l wouldn't give this junk to anyone. I spent $26.00 to send it back so l wouldn't smash it with a sledge hammer. Do not order this useless product, it does not work at all. They tried to convince me they were a legitimate company. I said if that were so you wouldn't be selling scam products that don't work. Buyer beware!!! Just got a standard response from Blaux. I put this through every test with an air conditioner expert friend of mine. They call it an air conditioner and it doesn't condition anything. You must expel old air with new. The outlandish claims are over the top. COOL YOUR ROOM IN MINUTES!!!! let me tell you, we couldn't cool down a closet in 1/2 hour, not a change at all. Same for the humidity, no change. We tried it in a small bathroom, not 1 degree change.there is no way this could cool down any room, save on expensive air conditioners they say, WHAT???? The fan output is so low even on high you can hardly feel it. And the air coming out is not cold at all. Certainly not cold enough to even cool down a bathroom. They absolutely know all this yet they claim to be a legitimate company. Legitimate companies don't make false outlandish claims that they KNOW are false. Thats why l call them a scam company selling scam products. No one wanted it to work more than me. But a bowl of ice and a small fan actually works better, and lm not kidding. Don't fall for their fancy web site and phony demonstrations, there fake. Again my fellow consumers, don't be fooled by these scam artists because that's all they are. HEY BLAUX!!! HERES YOUR CHANCE, PROVE ME WRONG. be transparent and do controlled tests in public. Let me know cause lll be there to laugh at you. You should have your piece or crap returned so where's my refund? Or are you lying about that as well? You crooks should be shut down and the lot of you put in prison. Shame on your dishonesty.

Save yourself the money and frustration of dealing with dishonest company. This is a piece of crap. On everything I looked at when I ordered it was Blast. When it arrived it was Blaux. Was supposed to be chargeable and was not and there's no adapter to plug it in. I called because it was not what I ordered and the lady was extremely rude and degrading! I'm on disability and my income is very limited. I requested a full refund and got nowhere! I was hung up on over and over. It was like this every day. I tried to use them with the adapter for my cell phone, the only thing that worked on all of them was the blue LED light. When I called them about this they just keep sending me more because of the lifetime warranty. Needless to say it's too late for me to get the over $250 refund. But I bought these for my 71 year old father whose AC quit in his house and he doesn't have money to get it fixed. I could have used that money to have someone come out to look at it and see what is wrong and how much it would cost to get it fixed. Not worth it for an overpriced nightlight!!!!

Honest Review. At first I was really disappointed when I finally received my unit (just a few days late. I was originally told June 5th - but received the unit on the 7th.) It looked like a cheap piece of plastic. I soaked the filter, filled the water holder, plugged it in, and turned it on. (Took a few tries before I became familiarized with the AC (air cooler - not air conditioner.) I am HOMELESS and live in a tiny camper shell on my 1986 Toyota truck. At first - I was not impressed! Then I noticed a distinct coolness to the hot air. (Today is 1st official day of heatwave.) O.K. I'm not dying of heatstroke anymore and I pull the AC closer. Not bad. I can live with this AC. Kinda expensive - o.k., real expensive for a disabled, homeless, elderly woman on SSI disability ($794 per month.) But I am going to keep it. Going to run it until summer is over and hope it works again next year. This company should have a discount for elderly customers. Next year, I'll do an update.

This unit did absolutely nothing. I had a temperature gauge in the same room and it did not lower the temperature 1 degrees. It ran around 8 hours and I changed the tray out, thinking this was the problem. It is worth nothing. How can I get my money back?
