Love this place! They truly have the best pizzas and service!

I went in to order a takeout of 10 chicken wings. I got in my car and something told me to count the amount of wings that were in my order and true enough. Why was there only nine chicken wings in the box? I know it seems trivial, but I’m just wondering how many people a day they do that too if you order a takeout, be sure to count your order.

We had a great meal as usual. Had the roasted bone in pork chops for the first time. They were awesome. The best part was how quick Drucilla handled or table of eight. Everything came out fast and accurate. Great experience.

Our visit to BJ’s in Kissimmee this past Friday was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the host seated us right next to a very large birthday party. I politely asked if we could be seated somewhere else because the restaurant was almost empty at a little after 4 PM, before the dinner rush even started. The host told me that was the only seating available, yet I watched him continue seating everyone else on the opposite side of the restaurant. I completely understand that the birthday party had every right to enjoy their celebration, but we also had the right to enjoy our meal. The noise level was unbearable. We literally had to scream at each other just to have a conversation, and eventually we had to lean so close across the table that it became uncomfortable. They could have easily closed off that section for the party and seated the other couples somewhere quieter. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years, and I know this could have been handled much better. To make matters worse, the wait for our food was over an hour, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I mentioned it to our waiter at the end because I honestly felt bad for him — he seemed completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Overall, the experience was awful, and unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

Enjoy our service. KAylah H was excellent. She was very attentive. She help my grandson order his first set of ribs. She answered all our questions. She check on us to see if we needed anything. We look forward to coming back

We go to the one at 5447 W Loop 1604 N, San Antonio, TX 78253 and we usually have a great experience. There is a server at this location who really notices when the kitchen messes up my food. Having MCAS, this is so very important to my entire day. The food quality is not as reliable on my stomach as it once was, so I deducted a star. Some of the meat and dairy has been tasting off lately. My biggest gripe about any restaurant is when they start making changes to save money but do not tell their customers. People can get sick from the substitutions and that is an issue. I’m not saying that’s what they are doing but it most certainly tastes like it. That and I’ve developed the inability to eat some of the foods I used to there a few months ago.
