I Recommend stakes at BJ;S one of the best i had

Nothing but negligent people in the kitchen. Be aware not to order delivery you will loose your money and food. I requested no tomatoes and no peppers, mild and they ignored. Food was send extremely chilly hot and w peppers and tomatoes. Bunch of crooks. Can they read English in that kitchen? Or purposely try to get people sick?

Excellent food, fast service, fair prices. Best of all, outstanding wait staff. We'll return.

Visited Bj’s on Lewisville Saturday evening waitress was horrible manager was no better I ordered a soup and salad combo asked for tomatoe basil soup and a wedge salad asked the waitress who had an iPad placing order what comes on wedge salad she stated vinaigrette dressing I said cool when I get the salad it was not the salad I requested Mgr came over he went to get the wedge salad and added blue cheese I do not like blue cheese was not given a choice was told blew cheese comes on it then I stated I do not want the salad just the soup combo was 10.50 I was charghed 7.50 for the soup only not even charged correct I will not visit this location again bad service waitress took forever to take the order never checked on us at all

I'm over an hour deep into trying to place a simple order online. Tried website, Chrome on Android, and the Android app. THE worst website ever. Doesn't let you order. How are your developers still employed. Truly awful. I'm done. I tried. So hard. I'm an IT Manager... If I can't figure it out, noone can. Your online ordering is useless garbage. Ordered from Chili's. Took less than a minute.

BJ's Restaurant Chula Vista, CA - On Friday, March 5th, I attempted to order (delivery) via BJ's tablet app. I could not progress beyond the order selection page. There was no option to checkout. On Sunday, March 7th, I again attempted to order (also delivery), this time via the phone app. I was able to check out and given an approx. arrival time. (I've saved the screenshot.) When I didn't receive an email, I attempted to order again with the same results. Neither order was delivered. Called restaurant and was told they had no orders from me. (Again, I had two screenshots.) Josh, the manager, offered no concessions. Just "Too bad, so sorry". My business went elsewhere.

I placed an order through Grubhub and never received it. They cancelled my order 45 minutes AFTER it was due to be delivered. They said the restaurant closed early and the driver was unable to get my food. I spoke to the manager at BJ’s and found out that was not the case. My food was made and the driver did not pick it up before close. He was very patient (I was so upset) and treated me with complete respect. He said this type of issue is not uncommon with 3rd party delivery services unfortunately but I could tell he genuinely felt terrible. He mailed a gift card to me and offered to treat myself and my co-workers to a complimentary meal at the hospital where we work. He even said they would personally deliver it. Even though it certainly wasn’t his responsibility or duty to offer anything I truly appreciated the fact that he listened and did whatever he could to repair the customer/establishment relationship. The food is so uniquely delicious and the company really cares about the customers satisfaction. I predict they will be serving my community for a very long time and I will do my best to send lots of business their way! Nicely done BJ’s!
