1 starI am extremely disappointed with this service. I chose it because the price seemed reasonable at the beginning, but I am shocked and angry to see that the cost of the service has doubled in just one year. This massive price increase happened without any significant improvement in the service or any real justification. It feels like a clear case of bait-and-switch tactics, and it has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If you are thinking of signing up, be prepared for your bill to skyrocket after the first year.

Excellent password manager. I've been using it for a few months across Win11, IOS and Android & haven't had any issues.

I installed linux as a 2nd os. I can't log in to bw on it. Because of a "new device" (same pc, same ip) I need to type in the code what was sent to an enmail I can't access because I can't login to bw. If i boot to win, I can read my emails, but because they sent a code, not a login link it is useless.

They charged me annual fee two times even though I have only one account. When I contacted support, they asked my credit card information and I provided. 20 days have passed and I do not receive any respond or refund until now. Case ID #775098

buggy, lacks in features, no browser unlock sync from app to browser. i have to type the master password all the fffing time. the menu and shortcut to open and fill a password to a webpage change locations so the item you expect to use move. its just a pain in the ahiuerg to log in. i miss 1password so bad.

Unable to access my vault contents for over two weeks now, engineers “investigating”. Had to swap to another provider as there doesn’t seem to be a great deal of urgency. Paying subscriber too, really disappointed. Can log in fine but because of a bug, I’m assuming over 200 credentials and OTP codes are gone. I did a backup, that didn’t work either.

I've been using them for a few years and can say that it's best password manager. For me, it's much more useful and convenient compared to 1Password and other. Furthermore, it is FREE, so I don't need to pay for it. Also, it is 100% open source, which boost trustworthy and prevent sneaky moves. My applauses
