Unfortunately, that seems to have changed dramatically. My recent experience has left me with the impression that Bitwarden is increasingly treating the customer as the problem rather than addressing problems with the application itself. That is a disappointing change from the company I originally chose and supported. There is also a significant issue for anyone who is still running Windows 10. Bitwarden no longer provides support for that operating system, which is particularly frustrating for customers who have already paid for a subscription expecting continued access to a supported service. Keep in mind that Bitwarden and Microsoft have a substantial technical relationship through Azure and Bitwarden also integrates with Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID. If you are a Windows 10 user and have recently paid for a subscription, I would seriously consider requesting a refund and looking for an alternative password manager. Their prices continue to rise and their service continues to fail its customers. After being a long-time customer, it’s disappointing to reach the point where, sadly, I can no longer recommend Bitwarden.

Is this a scam? I started Bitwarden a year ago and paid 10USD for annual subscription. Few days ago I got a payment reminder coming in the next 15 days with a... 25% discount! And I'll be paying 14.85USD plus tax! Wow, I can see the discount is for you guys, not for me. Anyways, I will be canceling my subscription for this year. If it happened once, it will happen again.

I am absolutely livid with Bitwarden right now. Got an email reminding me that my subscription is due soon and there would be a price increase to $17.82. I knew my credit card expired in April and was very happy with the service so logged in to update my card details. I was shocked and surprised to see the new card details already there. So I emailed support to ask where they got the details from, they told me they use something called Card Account Updater (CAU) service which helped retain customers! I registered my disappointment and leave things as they were. Tonight at 22:03 I got a message from my bank saying they have blocked my credit card because an unusual payment of $17.82 was attempted by BitWarden!! Way to go BitWarden, you have just lost a very loyal customer with your sneaky, under hand methods.

I've tried it with two VA's and the login's they needed did not work. Complete fail in my opinion. I hope I can get my money refunded. I went on the recommendation of AI, do your own due diligence do not rely on AI research. The minimum is to check trust pilot and I see the reviews suck.

Honestly one of the most frustrating apps I've used. The autofill is a mess it constantly loops, fights with the browser's own prompts, and half the time just doesn't fill anything at all. I'd end up locked out of my own accounts because it never reliably saved the password in the first place. The interface feels clunky and dated, and every simple task takes more clicks than it should. Mobile is even worse. I gave it a fair go and it wore me down. Deleted it. Would not recommend.
