I've traded at Bittrex for over a year, no problems whatsoever. Furthermore, when I have had a problem of my own making ( lost my 2FA codes ) the support team at support.bittrex.com promptly reactivated my account. Here's a tip for all you people that seem to have unresolved issues and are here thumbing down the exchange: join bittrex.slack.com, get on the #customer-support channel and politely ask about your support Request # ... You can see for yourself on slack (at least I did) that the slack support personnel are rapidly resolving all sorts of issues; mine was resolved in less than 2 minutes! Provided all verification documents, my account shows fully verified with a 1250 BTC daily Withdrawal limit. Upon trying to generate a BTC deposit address, I get a message saying my account is disabled. Clearly this website isn't setup correctly. I emailed support a week ago and nothing. Use with caution.

hello everyone, My bittrex account has been hacked on 14 August. I've enable 2FA but this hackers has create the API key without 2FA and withdraw all my ETHEREUM. When i looked into my logon history, i found one of my logon its not my IP. The IP address is from Belgium. People always blame me that i'm not activate 2FA, bla..bla..bla.. but i'm 100% sure i'm not to stupid to make a deal without security. I hope Bittrex Support can look into this and please make the security more stabile. For now, i'm very sure there have a security loopholes.

I mistakenly sent over $2K to a bitcoin wallet rather than a bitcoin cash wallet on their site and ran into a policy that is absolute piracy. They will not help me retrieve it unless it is over $5K and then they will keep 10% for themselves. They are pirates and I'd give zero stars if possible. I have filed complaints with the CFPB and my state attorney general. As an LLC, it will be difficult to collect a judgment. My best recourse is government. Poloniex and others help their users in similar straits. Addendum: as of today, the value of that bitcoin cash I sent is $7K+ and nothing further from them. I am going to arbitration with this.

"24-hour limit" apparently stretches for days. Whoever is programming this site has no clue about what they're doing.

I normally use a Ledger Nano S to store my Cryptocurrency, but unfortunately not all Alt Coins are supported by the Nano S. I have therefore been storing some of the more uncommon Coins in my Wallet at Bittrex. I really cannot fault this Exchange, my transactions are always fast and the website is reasonably user friendly. They take security of the Exchange very seriously, and overall my experience with Bittrex has been very positive.

This is the place I will go to do my trading from now on! The websites security is ace and you can store wallets on your account. You can clearly see the market prices and trading is a bit of a blur when you first see the site but after a little familiarisation it's easy to look around! You get notified every time you log in via email so you're safe in the knowledge you would get notification if someone tried to access your account! To much to explain as it's very comprehensive but I trust this site with my currency!

The website is good with no problems but the mobile version of the site is really poor. The graphs do not display properly on ios, the timescale of the graphs isn't visible and it's overall very hard to use which restricts placing buys and sells unless you are at your desktop computer.
