My account is disabled because I am holder of Iranian passport legally residing in the UK. By their policy, residents of some countries such as Iran are banned on Bittrex. But the problem is they totally misunderstand the difference between citizenship and nationality. I've been ping ponging with them through emails for a week trying to make they understand this and get bounced back with a same answer which is equal to a bunch of rubbish.

Absolutely pitiful customer service. Have spent hours trying to open an account. Stuck in a software loop trying to upload my image. Customer service says problem is my I phone and I need to use a desktop. Went to public library and even staff can’t get passed the problem - still stuck in a loop. Then customer service says I have to do it from a smart phone. I give up. If it’s that’s much trouble and contradiction to open an account, then I don’t trust them to handle any other problem once they have my money.

customer service has been dismal. Just getting an account set up and running has been ridiculous. Response times may be days after the concern and some seem to just get left unanswered. the responses so far have been of no use. I finally got so frustrated with the service started searching on line for reviews, WOW, I'm not the only one with problems, Fortunately they don't have any of my money yet. I think I'm done.

Bittrex is a big scam...I have been scammed out of all my money and they keep on sending me emails to pay processing fees and maintenance fees. Firstly the emails they're sending is from a gmail account and secondly there is a thousand spelling errors in the body of the email ...red flags. Please people do not invest your money here, BIG SCAM and your money will be gone like mine is now.
