Why is everyone complaining? Good US based Crypto Exchange been using them for years.

Scam, I have 2FA set up and some how someone still got into my account and traded all my btc for some garbage coin. SCAM, I would get all your crypto out of there as quickly as possible.

I have been trying to for a week to disable my 2FA since I changed my phone. They have this super stupid "security" hurtles that make no sense. Funny thing is, I am trying to access my account, so I can deposit more money. Not going to happen anymore. As soon as I get access back, Im changing platform.

Bittrex is a big scam; frozen accounts for a yes for a no, the minimum investment thresholds are too high, and cannot withdraw its assets. And to top it all off, I suspect they hacked me the little BTC satoshis ($25) pretty much because of inactivity! Are very tricky and not secure at all! I very don't recommend this exchange! They're thieves evidently beware!

My account got hacked today and I lost all my long time holding cryptos. Somehow the hacker got my login information, but Bittrex login always require confirm via email. And I didn't receive any email notification about the anonymous login at the time as well as any transactions the hacker had made on bittrex. So Bittrex didn't send me email when the hacker login to my account and made transactions so somehow they bypass the bittrex system like their home. I reported the issue to their support but all I got back is I should be careful on surfing on the internet and change my password. There's nothing for them to do, it's my fault anyway? If I got email when someone login to my account I could notice and stop the action right away, but their system is just trash. I didn't trade a lot on Bittrex before because their trading volume sucks, and now I just realized I should not hold any cryptos on this platform. It's a sad day for me as I lose all my hope about my cryptos. So if someone's still questioning about Bittrex , you've been noticed !

I've had multiple issues with Bittrex. Their customer service is terrible (really, it's non-existent. They have a "chat" person that blow smoke up your butt and then tells you their going to send your issue to a "specialist"...I think that means their "trash can") and the it takes forever for them to resolve even the simplest matters. My son magically got deactivated when Bsv spiked and he hit $29K in his wallet. I sold about $100 of my TUSD, the $100 should have then gone into BTC, but it never happened. So I'm out $100 and still waiting for Bittrex to resolve something that should be a simple issue, especially because I took screenshots of everything. I hate to say it, but Bittrex is making it obvious that entities who handle our investment money need to be policed. And that sucks.

Garbage Zendesk Support, I asked them to delete my zendesk support account, which they refused because they have to hold my personal data. I did not gave them any permission to hold my personal data above what's required by law, of course. But they just blatantly refuse to take my account offline, I can still log in and I presume I will be able to forever. Not to be trusted.

Once it was one of the best exchanges, but now it is very behind competitors!
